*Edit* Sorry read the wrong title for the review box ?GPS is a great place to go for classes and fitness for women. My wife loves to go, and they offer multitude of different classes. Again sorry for confusion with previous review.

Girl Power Station is such an empowering place and the staff are incredible. The instructors are wonderful and will give you motified movements if necessary. You walk into GPS encouraged and you leave even more encouraged.

I love this place! It is so refreshing to have such a great place to be empowered by dedicated instructors and coaches! I hate gyms in general but I love working out here!
