Had a great experience at this gun range. My wife and I are visiting family here in Florida and we had some rainy days and we said why don't we go to the range and practice some shooting. We are both novices at best. The personal made this very enjoyable and we definitely improved our skills. Will be back when we are in town.

So I spent last couple months going to different ranges in the area and I have to say this hands down one of the best ones. I just recently became a member with them. I love shooting there. All their staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am currently in school to be a gunsmith, the staff is always willing to help me if have any questions. I bought my first AR15 with them and one of their range officers spent ever bit of hour showing me the in and outs of the firearm and helping me zero in the Red dot.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My wife works at the local airport. A person flying out had the wrong TSA case for their pistol. I googled the closest Gun store to VPS. My wife jumped in her car and went to this business to look for a Pistol Case approved by TSA. The man she spoke with at Emerald Coast Indoor Shooting & Sport donated a case to the person in need. Wow. People like my wife and this wonderful business prove there are still good people in the world. Thank you Emerald Coast Indoor Shooting & Sport. Your good deed will not go unrecognized. I will be visiting your business time and again.

My wife and I decided that we were going to go shoot and go to lunch. I didn’t get the employees name, but he advised there was a wait, Which wasn’t a problem. I asked how long the wait would be and his response was “I don’t know” he must have noticed a look on my face because he followed up with maybe 10 minutes. He then noticed my wife had on open toe shoes and requested that she put on socks, which again that wasn’t a problem. My problem is with how he came off as if we were a burden to him. I don’t expect you to roll out the red carpet, but at least learn how to be a little more inviting.

I will never be visiting the establishment again. Zero consideration given for small caliber shooters. Next time around try not putting the dude with a .308 right next to someone when the establishment is empty, or honoring a request to relocate to the pistol lanes.

Staff is very friendly facilities are extremely nice. We have been going there a long time and highly recommend it.

Cool guns. Extremely Assertive/rude Staff . One of team members approached me when I had my heal barely over on the range line and was shooting down the range. The way he went about explaining what I was doing wrong little out of line . Definitely worth while driving further to a better Range with more Professional Staff.

Usually no problems until this "last time". I went to the range to sight in a Pistol, after sighting in at 10 yards I then asked to move to the rifle range to sight my dot in at 25 yards in which I was told no problem. I was not told that I had a time limit for the 20 dollars I paid to shoot. I let a friend shoot my Pistol after It was zeroed. While he was shooting, his heel was barely pretruding over the line while the RO was watching and there was no problem until... An over weight gentleman came in on hot pursuit and got in our face to correct him for his heel being on the line. He was very rude and aggressive. After he addressed the heel problem he then looked at me and told my I've been there for to long and need to leave as he boldly stared me in the eyes for a good 5 seconds like at a weigh in before a fight. He was extremely rude and unprofessional!

10/10!! I had a wonderful time. My boyfriend and I went as an anniversary date and enjoyed every moment. We took a private lesson with Ryan and he was the absolute best!! It was our first time at an indoor gun range and he made the experience worth it!

Great range they could use some updated carriers from Action Target. Great price and great customer service. Just need better updated carriers for 5 stars

Went yesterday for the first time. It was my 3rd time shooting and my first time in an indoor range. When first visiting you watch a video, very good for beginners like myself, who knows nothing. They have guns to rent and try out or you can bring your own. You can also buy bullets and targets. They also have a little shop to buy accessories and guns. There are 2 seperate areas. One for shooting rifles and one for handguns. I used the handgun range. The safety officer there was Victoria. She was so nice and patient and informative. I thought I was never going to find a gun I was comfortable with but thanks to her I learned of the Smith and Wesson mp sheild 380 easy slide. It's been the only handgun I like that doesn't use 22. Victoria also taught me how to hold, shoot, stand, and load the magazine and unload the magazine safely. She was very reassuring and I felt more at ease with her. Being so new to guns they are a bit frightening but she knew what to do and was a great teacher.Update: 2nd visit. Worked with Steve, he was very nice and helpful. He took the time to explain things. I would give this place more stars, the staff is so nice.

Not sure where it says on their website to be here "atleast an hour before we close" to use the range. Lady didn't even ask if we were in the system (which we were) so it would've taken a minute or two to shoot.Showed up with with enough time to get started before the hour, I even stated we only shoot for about 15. Oh well, time to find another range.
