Changed my rating due to customer service. Although in the past I've had good communication, lately calls go unanswered and messages not returned. I've also discovered there is a mouse (mice) in my unit. Boxes have been chewed up and droppings everywhere.

Owner stated, “poor planning†to me when I called her to advise I couldn't find the email I assumed she had sent me (she had never sent it) to advise of my unit number and gate code! I had simply called to say I couldn't find the email and we were at the gate with our furniture and needed the info. She was at least “kind†enough (if you need to call doing your job an act of kindness) to call her son to get the info from him and then call me back, but when she did call back, I voiced how incredibly rude her “poor planning†comment was and we no longer wished to do business with her. She launched into a tirade about how she had a wait list, would have no trouble finding a new renter, and how she wishes me luck in finding storage somewhere else since everyone is full. I actually had to interrupt her rant to ask for a refund. I wasn't interested in the least bit about her replacement business, nor did I need her “luck†wishes since we already had other storage lined up. She did provide a refund, but the extreme nature of her reactions to a simple request for our unit number and gate code and then to our request to cancel our business, left such a bad taste that I felt compelled to tell others of my experience. Fellow veterans and/or military members, take your business elsewhere!
