I have been to this auto parts store several times. I had been going to this store solely because its the closest auto parts store to me. Today I stopped in because I believe my battery to be bad. When I pull up the only customer is pulling away. Times are hard for everyone especially businesses. As such, one would expect the employees to be eager to make a sale. I walk in the front door expecting to buy a battery, which can sometimes cost upwards of $250. When I approach the counter I see 3 employees. I wait patiently while they finish their conversation. I then then ask if they test batteries. I am told they do when they have enough employees. Theres a long hesitant pause by the employee as I stand there expecting a satisfactory answer. A “yes we can” test your battery or “no we can’t” would have sufficed. Finally, realizing I am waiting for a real answer, the employee hesitantly me asks what makes me think its my battery. I explain there is a power fluctuation in the electrical flow which is indicated by my headlights and interior lights ALL fluctuating until i drive the car for a couple minutes at which point the electrical flow levels off and is normal. I also explain one of the caps on my battery is leaking acid. The employee then says nothing… just stands there. After the uncomfortable non-responsiveness of this employee I say “I guess I will come back when you have enough help.” Which is me saying, with respect, I will never come here again. I then walk out the door. This employee doesn’t have to worry about having to test a battery in order to sell one to me ever again. I have permanently relieved her of that challenge. Someone needs to explain to said employee how customer service and sales work. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the rest of my experiences have been me walking in, grabbing something off the shelf I came for, purchasing, and going on my way. Hard to have a bad experience in such cases (unless they don’t have what you need.).

Bad service, I needed a battery. I walk in and the guy looks at me and goes to the back. Then I'm just standing there waiting for help. If you want to be lazy and not help people just don't come to work.

Had an issue with the CV joint of our Jeep. Not only was the staff extremely helpful and friendly, but they actually sent us home with the right part and showed us how to remove it properly.
