“Omg the deals!!! I went to do a return and the original marshals. I got it at apparently put a different price tag on the item so it was not the easiest return but the manager Nathan was so nice about it that he let me return it for credit which I actually wanted and Miriam Was my cashier and I actually gave her a TJ Maxx receipt originally and felt dumb and asked her if I could just run to my car and if she needed to ring up the next person she could but she was so patient and kind with doing my returns with all the hassle that I brought into the store I’m so sorry lol And then was just checking out, but I do appreciate the store manager Nathan very nice guy and was able to easily return the items in the end!
I did run into another customer in the store and her and I both do the same thing because Marshalls has such great deals, especially clearance items that I tend to purchase a lot of items for peoples birthdays way ahead of time so this visit was mainly me doing my return and then buying birthday presents for my friends … One of the most organized marshals I’ve ever been to to be completely honest and all of the people on the floor were working so hard. I was so impressed… I also use the restroom and it was clean.”
“I was greeted by Nick and was allowed to browse at my leisure, picked up a shirt and golf shorts, in and out in less than 15 mins, great store, I will return, again and again.”
“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”
“Yesterday I was feeling bad to check out some items after the store is closed but “Zina” from the customer service from Dillard’s at Brandon mall was so welcoming and professional. “Zina”provided best customer services ever and will diffidently shop back at Dillard’s!!”

“It was 9:25pm (closing time) and Carol welcomed me to check out with so much joy! Chit chatting I told her I was moving, she shared info on Home Sense and educated me on the credit card for me to save during moving. She has such a filling personality.
The manager Blake (cool blonde and black hair style) was amazing as well, really treated me like a valued customer.
The store is clean, organized, and has lots of options.”

“This is a great store. There is lots of parking, they have great stock, nice discount bins for out of season stuff, great hand gardening tools, and animal supplies. Good prices on hay & pet foods. The only thing I don't love is that they sell animals there-that's why 4 stars. If they stopped that practice then 5 stars.”

“This TJ Maxx is always neat and clean. We had to use their restrooms several times and it’s always clean. Their inventory is always well stocked as well. Floor attendants have good attitude and always eager to help. I highly recommend this location.”

The store is well maintained and the selection is abundant. I have 2 young grandchildren and I love all the little things kids like in your toy and book selection. The children's clothes are reasonable and fashionable . Not to mention the seasonal holiday section has some of the most adorable finds. I recently scored an original green Stanley Thermos!”

I really thought when I was gonna go to the cash register that I would’ve spent like $300 but I ended up spending $128 on 15 items!!!
Sou the cashier was SUCH a sweetheart as was the manager! Some of the items that I’m posting are things that I bought… I don’t live in the area. It’s about an hour away from where I live in town and country and the outlet over here is not pretty so going to this one was such a blessing next time I’m in the area. The human in charge of the bra/ shapewear section was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different options going to far to make a brand recommendation I am now committed to for life! At checkout, manager (Winston, I think?) gave a great in depth training to the new cashier because my purchases weren’t in the system.”
“I love going to Ross and searching for the hidden treasure. If you know what you're looking for, you can make some spectacular buys. Right now, I'd probably focus on socks and underwear for resale and cologne for myself. However, everything could be something here. Don't forget to check the homewares, there's some straight deals there.

“I went on January 30 because they told me that that day there were good offers of 0.45 and up and so it was, a large amount of goods with a lot of discount but I went late at night and there was nothing…. It was difficult for me to get it but by searching through the furniture in the boxes I was able to get it!!! A package of socks for $2, they had 10 pairs, ufff, that already made me happy.”
