“I never write reviews but after having way too many horrible experiences at the Lakeland hot topic with their grouchy staff, I just had to. We bypassed our hot topic and went to Brandon. These employees are top notch. They even called me yesterday to invite us to a party with new merch drops in their store on Saturday. They are so friendly. We will drive the extra 20 minutes to Brandon from now on”

“Love my Tommy Bahama shirts, my little indulgence. I was visiting Tampa and looked this store up. Located in a mall close to where I was staying. There is construction in the parking lot. The store is well stocked with variety and clean. Staff is great and accommodating (one-on-one) service. After trying on multiple shirts, I ended up with a golf style shirt.”
“Had the BEST experience shopping for an anniversary gift here with my husband. Ask for Elizabeth - she made the process fun and helped me pick the perfect bag to double as a work bag & travel tote. I've had it a few months now and couldn't be happier with my choice (which wasn't on the floor but after listening to me she knew exactly what I needed). She even texted me to check on my husband and I after the recent hurricanes. The experience was truly delightful and we'll definitely be back to see Elizabeth.”

“In my almost 7 years here in Tampa, as a former FSU student, I greatly appreciate this store and the concept! I cannot tell you how nice everyone that works here is. I accidentally left my debit card at the store a few weeks ago when I went to pick some things up and when I got home I had a voicemail saying that I had left my debit card and if I wasn’t going to make it back before the store closed, Marylou said that she could take it to her house and I could pick it up from her home. That right there is the definition of going above and beyond! She may just be the greatest sales person on the face of the Earth with an amazing personally to go along with it! If you have questions about something you might like to see in the store, she has answers! “Stopped in to pick up an order for a friend for an upcoming trip to Alaska. My eye caught on some pretty patterns and was immediately drawn to all the lightweight fabrics. Y’all, menopause is tough and finding things to wear with these hot flashes is a challenge! Quick dry is not just for hiking! Kristen (manager) and Pattie (sales AND in-store poster model - really?!) were so helpful. I admit I miss that service when online shopping.”
