I recently visited the UPS Store, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. They assisted me with shipping a package and made the process completely stress-free.
The store is well-organized, and they offer a wide range of services beyond just shipping, including printing, copying, and mailbox rentals. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly.
I highly recommend this UPS Store for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service. I will definitely be returning for all my future shipping and business needs!

They were sweet when I bought the tube - but when I asked about shipping it out through them too they said it would be $30 to ship? I went to the USPS store and it was $10, thoroughly disappointed in that aspect.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. They don't know what they are doing. When I sent a gift card they just sent it thru the US Postal service and then it is missing. When I called to complain and get a refund the Manager/Owner told me he wasn't my slave and he would not refund even though when I sent the package, I was told it was automatically covered for $200. AWFUL.

Joe, a new owner for this location, was extremely helpful in solving a problem. He and an employee, Nicholas, went out of their way to make sure we were all set. This isn’t the UPS location closest to us but it is going to be the one we visit in the future!

Prices are very high. I intended to ship a light package by UPS and was quoted $15. I asked if I would be better off going to the US Post Office, and received an evasive answer. Then I went to a contract USPS store at 17th and Lockwood Ridge. I mailed the package for $5. There was no line, and they sell supporting materials (like boxes) and other items.

Beware! If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Don’t bother going to this location. They charge for Amazon returns ($2.14 for tape usage and $4.00 for one printed 8 1/2 x 11 black/white copy)! I’ve never paid this amount for Amazon returns (maybe a couple of dollars). This place price gouges and the community should not be paying their outrageous fees. It’s the principle of nickel and dime’g ppl! Ppl beware!

I stopped by the UPS store today and had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Tammica, who was extremely, Friendly, efficient, proficient and professional. She knew her job well and did it effortlessly. I thought she owned the store and was very impressed. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my shipping needs and Amazon returns.

Due to the reviews for this location I was reluctant to go but I did and Tammica was very patient and skilled in assisting me. Not sure why she doesn't have more reviews but she deserves an award and a raise for exceptional customer service!!

This store is absolutely horrible! All I wanted to do is print 1 piece of paper in black and white ink to ship something back to Amazon and it costs $4!! That’s insane!! I asked why and the lady behind counter says “ well they pay a lot for ink”! Very rude and nuts!! This is store for printing and shipping and the FRANCHISE owner charges this?? Crazy! Store also had a smell to it that smelled like a dirty, soggy rag or something! I expect more from a store in a nice area like this! Stay away at all costs!! Oh, and after this establishment charging money like this, they have the audacity to ask for tips with the following sign in picture that is EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE to religion using the word EVIL and to CLEANSE myself!!!! ????? Who do these owners think they are!! I’m going to my attorney about this for sure!!!!
