Stay away from their print shop and take your business elsewhere. The three women who work there are of no help and carry themselves with an unpolite attitude towards the customers.

I guess asking for some help is annoying to the women in the print shop Her attitude with air quotes made me have to find another store

Joe in printing and Joe in customer checkout are exceptional.
Printer Joe multi-tasks more than is humanly possible. While assisting multiple customers, he helped me with printing encrypted documents.
Checkout Joe saved me four dollars with points I did not realize I had. He’s a patient man.
Both gentlemen represent Staples very well!

This store is my favorite because of the inventory, ease of access and the friendly staff. I believe it is the largest Staples in the Manatee/Sarasota area.

I see so many negative reviews about this store, and I wanted to share two very positive recent experiences with Staples printing. On one occasion a couple of months ago, I consulted with the sales person, who was very helpful and courteous, and actually reprinted for me when my layout was incorrect. On a more recent one, again the sales person (the same one) helped me avoid a mis-print, and the quality of the print was excellent. When I picked up my print job, a couple of other sales associates helped me, and they could not have been nicer or more patient. The store may be tired, but the associates and the quality of their work shines through.

Management clearly needs outside assistance. They must not be trained on proper employee scheduling considering on a Saturday afternoon there are only two people present to manage the store.
