I sooooo love going here because it’s far away from the bustle of Sarasota. It’s so clean and spacious and you find almost everything right here. The only brand I could not find was Armani cosmetics ( their foundation to be precise). the staff here will go above and beyond to assist. they are also fully stocked. Kinda wish there were more feminine perfumes, but that’s a common thing for most sephoras around the country in my humble opinion. I am also truly impressed by Sephora’s own brand of lip products and skincare as well as their body butters and during their sale you can get their products 30 % off.

The ruddest staff work at this location. 0 attentiveness to customers and severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. If a product is out of stock telling me to check a display again while showing passive body language is not customer service

Tanya working at sephora today was so helpful & knowledgeable. I'm 29 years old & I've never been to a sephora, I'm also not very knowledgeable about makeup. Though they didn't have the machine skin match at this location, Tanya was able to help me find my undertone & a concealer that matched. Great employee, if you're needing some guidance I highly recommend.

I won’t come back, to this location the store is dirty!! the associates stand and talk to each other about the customers. I was racially profiled while in the store they kept watching me since I came in. I’d rather go to Orlando

Went here looking to get a gift for my girlfriend not knowing almost anything about makeup. The women at the store were so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up going with their suggestion and my girlfriend loved it. Will definitely be back.

horrible customer service !I had an eyeliner that was clearly marked their brand and it wouldn't let me read turn it or actually exchange it for another one. The highlighter did not dry and created lines on my face. Never go back

To be honest, I don't know the first thing about makeup! I probably know more about rocket science then I do about makeup, BUT we're going to give this review a shot anyways! Brief Summary: This Sephora location is conveniently located inside of Kohl's, and is in pristine condition due to having been recently constructed. It may not be a stand alone Sephora store, but you best believe that it's large enough to have most of what you're looking for! So I think at least..........again, I'm definitely not qualified whatsoever in the ways of makeup! Would I Recommend This Business? Sure! I don't see why not! The Store: The store is brand new, and it certainly shows. With it's bright lights, luxury coloring, and modern styling, it certainly gives off fancy vibes. Again, I don't know the first thing about makeup, BUT a store this size is bound to have what you're looking for. It's always clean, and for someone who has zero interest in makeup at all, I find it catching my eye every single time I'm shopping at the Kohl's it's located in. Kind of like when a dog sees a squirrel. Service and Staff: I have yet to have an interaction with them, so I can't really say, but the people at the counter certainly look friendly! So I would say to give them a shot! Maybe you'll make a new friend. Maybe one of these days I'll ask them to teach me a thing or two about makeup. Like, what the purpose of "Foundation" is. In my mind, it's what you build a house on. I may not be a makeup expert, I'm going to guess that it's not the same............. Location and Interior: I've always been a fan of stores within stores. I think it's a great concept, and I like seeing that Kohl's has adopted this practice. Even if it's not a store I utilize. When you have a store within a store, I feel like my trip is BOGO! The location is nice, there's ample parking, and the store is ALWAYS clean. That's a major plus in my book! Final Thoughts: I am WITHOUT A DOUBT the LEAST qualified person to write a review on a makeup store, but I hope this review gives you enough insight to be willing to venture in there yourself sometime and to give this store the review it truly deserves! Final Scores: The Store - 10/10 Service/Staff - N/A Location/Interior - 10/10 Total - 20/20 = 5 Stars Stay fresh Mother Fooders! :p
