Visited this location on 27 November...I'm in the market for a new set of irons and my eye is on a certain brand/model(s). I did some homework on this brand/model(s) and went to this store to test them out and get more information. I told the guy what club I'd like to try out and he proceeded to get the head(s) out of the drawer to assemble the test club. As he was assembling them I noticed that he chose the 2021 model of the particular club and not the 2023...which is what I asked for. He proceeded to say that that head was the correct one. After going back and forth on this, I went over to the rack where they were displaying the 2023 model and brought it back to him and he kind of shrugs his shoulder as if to say..."oh look at that". He then goes back into the drawer and what do you know, the 2023 model is sitting right there. I will stop here as this example is what his attitude was like for the rest of the test...until I stopped and told him I'd go somewhere else. What a bad experience at a place that normally provides a great shopping experience for all things golf equipment/gear.

I purchased a bag set of Powerbuilt clubs For women. I absolutely loved my club set. At about the 6 month point I was golfing and the head came off my driver on the fairway. I took the club back to the store where they filed a warranty claim. In the mean time I purchased a driver off the floor same brand but not the same club that broke. I was very upset that my club broke but was happy as I thought I was getting the same replacement. Unfortunately the company changed the club shaft. I called the service counter and talked with Demetri he suggested I come up and try some clubs and different shafts. I did and they just didn’t have feel of my club that broke. Needless to say I was so disappointed. After working with Demetri he said I have a plan just give me me a day or two. Demetri was able to put my driver head back on the shaft and it was amazing. I was so happy to have my driver back. 1st time back on the course I drove 195 yards, put the ball in the green right next to the flag and tapped it in for an eagle. I had a birdie, Par and eagle all in a row.I am extremely happy with the customer service that was provided to me By Demetri. I stopped in today and thanked him again for the awesome customer service! Thank you for going above and beyond to get me my club back. Thank you so much…

I had a broken shaft on my Taylormade 3 wood. I took it to the PGA Tour Superstore in Sarasota, FL. The tech fixed w/a rebuilt shaft, same grip, etc, within a couple hours while I waited. Fantastic service! Thanks.

Clean, well-organized store with plenty of women's clothing and shoe brands to choose from. Immediately greeted by Joe whose welcoming demeanor created a positive buying experience.

Excellent instruction and teaching facility. Within 15 minutes my swing mechanics had improved. The instruction is well worth the investment.

Dimitri is the best! Came in with a bent club and left with it straight and new grip in just a few minutes. He’s incredible. Highly recommend for any club issues.

If you’re ever in need of club repairs, new grips, etc, ask for Dimtri! Not only does he do excellent work on every club, he is knowledgeable about the adjustments you are making. So I advise you ask him about your issue first and listen to his recommendations

Had a full bag fitting with John Cooper and had a blast. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find some clubs that fit my swing and my height. I’ll definitely be back for more gear and clubs in the years to come.

Went in for the first time to get my racket restrung. It was not very busy and Neil went out of his way to do it on the spot so I didn’t have to drive back and it’s my only racket. Great convo, very happy, will be back. Please get more tennis clothing etc Tennis is better than golf ?

The store is awesome… u employ someone who is not attractive…. 2000 lessons a year and he hits houses on university. Def not a happy person… very sad..

I have been using the PGA Superstore for several years for apparel and golf balls.I decided to finally rid myself of my “ over the top “ golf swing.I selected Jay Hartley and he produced a miracle. With only two (2) lessons the over the top swing has been irradiated from my swing. I even decided to accept his suggestion after careful deliberation with Brian Higgins ,(Studio Fitting Specialist ). I purchased clubs to include irons and rescue clubs with specific shafts and grips.Joe Nanthavong , Area Manager , was extremely professional and guided me through the process.I was so impressed ,I even brought my wife to see Jay Hartley. She also purchased a new set of “irons.The collaboration between Jay Hartley, Brian Higgins and Joe Nanthavong there is no doubt is what makes your store “SUCCESSFUL”.PLEASE SHARE THIS REFERENCE WITH THE ABOVE THREE GENTLEMEN.Phil and Davida Stevens.

I've had some issues at the repair/maintenance counter - the customer service/assistance you get can be hit or miss, but labor is underqualified/tough these days no matter the industry or store. I am leaving a review to tell people to exercise patience and still enjoy the store. The selection is great and the couple times I've had an issue with something like a misplaced order, they have been very helpful and accommodating - Bridget Zuri their General Manager was great to work with.

Big box golf store appearing to offer a wide range of product but short on knowledgeable staff. We went there to purchase a pair of golf shoes and had some questions. We had to track down a worker putting up stock who paged another employee. That employee had little to no product knowledge and was of no help. We left without purchasing.I get it. Tough to get motivated employees these days. But if you’re going to charge full retail top notch service needs to be provided. This store is more of a warehouse operation without the discount pricing.

This hands down was the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to customer service. Most of the workers in there seem to hate their job other than the elderly gentleman that sets up the practice simulators next to the tennis equipment. I wish I could remember his name because it's pretty impressive to be so positive in such a negative work environment. I think I'll be going back to Dicks from now on especially when getting fitted for clubs over a thousand dollars

Went in to the Sarasota Superstore for a full bag fitting with Brian. I can't thank him enough for making the experience supersede my expectations. Brian knows the game, is as good a teacher as he is a fitter, and you can trust him with your game. PGA Superstore Sarasota will get my business because of my outstanding experience with Brian.
