I recently visited AJ Nails for a manicure and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I requested a star design, but what I received looked like it was poorly drawn on with a Sharpie. Additionally, my nails were still rough and not filed correctly, with sharp edges that were uncomfortable. Considering the $71 price tag, I expected a much higher quality of service. Pictures enclosed. As a frequent visitor, I will be trying out someplace else next time.

The Best Nail Salon ?? in Florida. They are busy so it's best to make an appointment with the manager who answers the phone. Although, they do take walkins, you might have to wait, but it will be worth it. Ask for ?Kim ?if you want the best gel nails??tell her Linda Marie sent You.

The nail Tech Tina, used to be kind and professional. I got a pedi (so called) and nails with powder which came to about $94 dollars. I only had $16 dollars on me so I gave her that and was going to bring her $4 dollars more to make the tip $20. Well because I did not have it right then, she snatched the $16 out of my hands and walked off without saying anything. Now I have always tipped her nicely even if she did not do the job that i expected. In this last one, my nails had dimples after drying, and uneven. Considering all of that, I decided she did not deserve a tip at all because of her rudeness for this one time that I did not have the full $20. AJ is very nice and always kind and fair but I will never go back to that again. I will never pay money to be treated in such a way. I really hope that others value the money you make and do not pay for rude service and continue to return. Allow them to learn a lesson. As long as she is there, they will never get my business. Getting nails done is not essential to growth and development. These techs need to consider that before mishandling thier customers.

My nail artist was Bim. I got him once and he showed me all the nails he has done and I was very impressed. I showed him pictures of nails I have wanted in the past but no nail salon was able to do them. Went in on Tuesday and I was in love with them when I left. Definitely asking for him every time. Thank you Johnny for running a freak business!!!

Stylist: I was not taken on time . I was left with nail wrappers on an hour long and my skin was irritated. They did not care and John told me I was impatient! All that and I paid over $80 !

I spent extra for a Dazzle Dry manicure, which I have received at other salons in the past. This should last longer than regular polish and instead, my nails began chipping in less than two days, and she sent me out of the salon without my nails fully drying, resulting in smudges when she "checked" to see if they were dry. The polish itself also bubbled on all of my nails, making me wonder if she followed the process correctly, as this is not something I experienced with other Dazzle Dry salons.

I was vacationing in Sarasota from NYC and needed a salon open on a Sunday that didn't require an appointment. I needed old UV gel taken off and a regular manicure. I usually hate the transition from gel to regular manicures because my nails are so weak afterwards. However, my nails look and feel great! My nails are NEVER like this after gel so I'm impressed! They are usually frail and weak and break so quickly. I had gel on for over a year. I walked in around 11:20am Sunday 4/28/24 without an appointment. The salon was very clean looking and huge! There were 3 or 4 people ahead of me without appointments and they still were able to get to me within 15 minutes. I believe Johnny wrapped my nails to soak them off and what's great is that he didn't wrap them and forget about me lol. He was attentive and assured me someone would be right with me after they soak off. I had a lovely woman named B for my manicure. She was so sweet and super gentle with my cuticles that were very dry and neglected from a week in the sun at the beach. All tools were clean and taken out of plastic. Even the towels they used were clean and so soft! I'm very picky with salons and I would absolutely go back here. They had a crazy amount of pedicure chairs so I'm definitely interested in one of their pedicures. Thank you for the great service and kindness!!

poor service, everyone it’s always in a hurry and they don’t focus on doing a good job, they just want to the customer in and out. they are just trying to make their money. i asked for almond shape and i got some bubble looking nail, the side of my nails look horrible. also the guy who did my nail cut me with the nail filler. never again going there.
