I purchased a Fume rechargeable vape, and the first one was leaking fluid in the package and I was given a second one which worked one time and then the battery died and I was told to simply charge it. I charged it overnight and it still did not operate. I brought it back the very next morning and the employee refused to replace it. I told him if he did not replace it. I would definitely not be coming back. I was then told "you can't threaten me like that bro".Needless to say I will never go back to that business, that is ridiculous.

The guys who help run this store are super friendly and outgoing. The customer service is top notch and I always go to them now because of how they treat me like family every time I stop in. Highly recommend this smoke and vape shop.

Bad service, bought a torch that did not work came back 30mins - 1hour later and he could not take the torch back because it was “filled up with butane” so basically they just sell faulty products and you can’t get your money back if they are broke
