Horrible customer service rented a U-Haul from them totally unprofessional very rude reported them to U-Haul U-Haul says they have many many complaints of the lady that works there during the day

Had to prepay for gas. Took more than 15 minutes to fill $30 of gas. Would have driven off if I hadn't already paid.

Was about to pump gas but got notified by bank the merchant would be putting a 126$ hold on my card I was like tf nahh canceled the transaction hung up the pump but did I get my money back still waiting my mistake of leaving in a rush bad timing but this place seems shady will be having tabs on them
