Very poor service. When I entered there was one person waiting. No one in front, when the two employees did come up front, they did not speak to anyone, just took their places at the registers. Lack of enthusiasm, acted like they didn't care to be there. One man leaning on the register like he was tired. I stood in line over 20 minutes which I didn't mind because I knew they were assisting people looking up parts. The man at one register was told he would have to order a part, he declined and said he would go somewhere else. Two people were now in line behind me. Another lady walked in and was wandering around looking for something, she then stood off to the side of the line as if she had a question. As I was next in line I walked over to the register that had just been vacated. Without a greeting, word or a "I'll be right with you", the employee walked over to the lady and proceeded to assist her. I just stood at the register waiting patiently. When the employee returned, instead of having the lady take her place in line, without even looking at me, he said "I'm helping her". I then said, I have been waiting quite awhile before this lady came in. (And please understand, I had no problem with him helping her, but she should have gone back to her place in line and he should have at least spoken to me at some point, (maybe an I'll be with you in a moment).
He then responded, I don't have time to look at who's in line. He was extremely rude and I said, well maybe you should look at the people in line. He then said, "I don't even have to help you if I don't want lady." I responded, " that's fine I'll go somewhere else". I then walked to the door where another customer was trying to get out the door with a full dolly while an employee watched him struggle instead of offering to hold the door for him.
I'm sure my business won't be missed, but I will certainly never go back and never recommend O'Reillys. In the future I'll go to A&M Auto or Auto Zone, where they greet and speak to their customers.

I’m not going to be buying part from this Store anymore due to the fact of they lie to you about when a part is going to be in oh it will be here at 9 o’clock 9 o’clock turns out to be 1 o’clock 1 o’clock turns out to be two o,clock and so on. This is the fifth time I’ve had an employee from their lie to me. I would even give the one stare but I have to so I can post this

They have no idea about the parts that they sell. Nor do they have a way to test most parts. Through 20% higher than the other part stores in the area.

I went to get a plastic bushing, but they had to substitute another bushing for it because they didn't carry part I needed. Ended going to the dealer for the bushing .
