5/03/2024 - Umatilla Saw & Mower sent me to Mr. Joe to get 2 front replacement tires for my riding mower. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr. Joe. He took care of me very quickly while making me feel like he had known me for a life time. He did not have the tires I needed, but he said he would have them in the next morning by 10 am. I returned the next day with my mower. This place was very busy for being noon on a Saturday. I was concerned if I would be able to have his staff put the tires on for me. Mr. Joe said it would not be a problem and his staff would work quickly to get it done. It was done within 45 minutes or less. The hospitality of Mr. Joe and his staff while we waited, the very reasonable prices and great customer service makes this a 5 star review. - Thank you Joe for sharing your family photos to a complete stranger. Umatilla is lucky to have your business. Many blessings to you and your staff. You have definitely earned my business in the future.

I had 2 flat tires on the same side, called and spoke with Joe about my problem and he eased my pain quickly saying no problem that he had 2 used tires in my size and when my SUV. was ready, he had someone deliver my SUV and I drove him back, much less than I was expecting. I mean way less than I had anticipating .We talked about the AC Unit and he told me that he would get the product I needed and he would do the service, again I was surprised by his nominal charge. This repair was $60 compared to the $3000 the Buick dealer in St Augustine wanted to charge me. Thank you Joe, you are the best, God bless you richly, have a Jesus filled day.

Today I stopped in with a slow leak in one of my tires on my work truck. They quickly welcomed me and repaired my tire for no charge. Hard to find a business like this that treats their customers so well. I am now a new customer to this business. Fabulous experience!

I've been putting used tires on my work truck for the past years. Owner recommended a different style of tire. And these tires have been the best set I've ever had. This shop is a 1 hr drive from my place. You have gained a customer for life. A++++++++ ALL THE WAY

Joe Kerr is a great guy and offers good pricing for a local tire store. His pricing may not be able to beat the very best deals out there, but with the price of gas these days isn't local better?
