“RE: Patricia Nix Fairwinds Credit Union representative . . .I have to say, I walk into the Mount Dora branch of Fairwinds credit Union to get a card replaced that I lost and one of the representatives (Patricia Nix) from FAIRWINDS recognize me when I walked in. I was logging into the non-appointment monitor and she called out to me and asked what can she help me with and walked over to me. I told her and she said come on in my office and we will take care of that for you.Patricia Nix assisted me. She is a credit to that branch; in all regards.A genuine woman with a sincere mentality and mannerism with the intent to help. “I recently visited Mt Dora to house sit. While there I lost my wallet. Drivers license, bank cards, some cash, insurance cards. The usual stuff. I went to this branch and with very professional steps but not any hassle, I was able to withdraw money from a savings account. I back traced my steps the next day and found my wallet in the mgrs office at a store I had visited. The staff at the bank did everything they could to help me with this scary situation. I love Truist. I have been with Suntrust since maybe 2005. They have always been the friendliest and most helpful group of professionals in any business I have known.You can feel safe and comfortable with this bank.”
