“This boutique is gorgeous! Randomly wandered in yesterday, and couldn't help but leave with a few goodies! I was drawn in by the beautiful dresses in the window. The atmosphere of the shop is very feminine and sweet. I found so many outfits that I love! I was pleasantly surprised by the beyond reasonable prices. They also sell the yummiest smelling homemade soaps that make perfect gifts. My favorite is "Merry Me"(Christmas tree scented!)I came home with 3 dresses and tried them on immediately. They were adorable and such high quality! I had to exchange one for a different size, and it was easy as 123.I will be back soon! ?”

“We were greeted promptly then went straight to the shoes. Sales rep Sidney helped us right away and got us 3 different shoes from the back all while making us feel very comfortable and not like a bother like some other stores might make you feel when you ask for multiple items. One pair of shoes we asked about was out of stock in our Childs size, however, Sidney did bring us the .5 size up to try on which we did end up purchasing. All in all a great experience. Id recommend this store simply based on the great customer service I experienced from Greeter all the way Cashier.”

“My sister in law has trouble finding clothing in her style. I called the New Port Richey store to look for a particular jacket I found on the website. I also heard the ad about the style program. I spoke to Brittany and she explained the style program which sounded like exactly what we are looking for. She was helpful with scheduling the appointment. When we went to the appointment Alissa helped us with one on one service for over and hour. She was so kind and helpful. They already had a rack of 5 outfits already pulled and ready to try on. This was the first store that has clothes that fit my sister in law perfectly. She is short, slightly heavier set and dress more in the masculine style. She is looking for workwear for interviews and a new job. Like always we didn't think we would find anything but we found 3 jackets 5 shirts and 4 pants! The quality of clothing felt expensive but the prices were great. We had amazing service, great quality clothes and good prices! All the girls at this store are so kind and we can not thank them enough for everything!! ❤️”

“This is really a bunch of stores all under one, because the entrance I walked in said sock exchange- but that wasn't on Yelp, and I couldn't find it really on google either. So further researching lead me to this company name- because all of these stores open into each other. So you have socks, gifts, t-shirts, leather goods.... each store opened into the next- but only one register open in the t-shirt section. It is at the back Southeast corner of the Sponge Exchange shopping plaza. And the storefront takes the corner too! L shaped connecting stores. My daughter is a sock addict (even though she doesn't wear them hardly EVER.- That didn't stop her from picking out a pair to add to her birthday shopping! This is my crazy girl~ but I am crazy too- so at least we know where she gets it from! I picked up a gift for my sister, which I just now (back home) realized I forgot to give it to her.... sigh. And John picked up a gift for his sister too! I was so very tempted by this artistic cat t-shirt~ crazy colors, and a slogan of I would spend all nine of my lives with you! Almost. If it was a thinner t-shirt I would have- something I could wear right now in the summer months. But it was a good quality tee and thicker material. Oh well. All 4 of us were finding cute, funny and hilarious things in this massive shop! I made John pick up the tab on this purchase ;)”

As I entered the store with my family, including my son-in-law who has Down Syndrome, we were promptly approached by a young woman named Melissa. She not only acknowledged our presence but took the time to listen to our needs and assist us in finding the perfect shoes. Despite the store being busy, Melissa went above and beyond by also helping other customers while ensuring we had everything we needed. But the exceptional service didn't end there. When we proceeded to check out, a young man named Manny, noticed my son-in-law's condition and went the extra mile by providing an additional discount without even mentioning it. It wasn't the discount itself that touched us, but rather the genuine care and compassion he exhibited. This act of kindness truly made a lasting impression on my wife and me.
