The pharmacist, Dominika went above and beyond to help me. I haven’t feel more professional patient service long time ago . She is very friendly, very knowledgeable . If you want service like that, you can find in Walgreens on little road. Wow.Thank you for your help!

Worst pharmacy service. Spend over 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up 1 prescription. The pharmacist told me that the drive thru is for my convenience and they are really busy. I asked 4 times for a medication to be transfer from CVS to Walgreens and at the 3rd time the pharmacist apologized saying that fell thorough he crack, really, what a professional answer. Only reason I am using Walgreens is because my father's insurance assign Walgreens as his pharmacy of preference. Really bad customer service.

I must give Aida "10-Stars" for being such an outstanding and caring employee!! The Walgreens store l usually go to and get my dog's medication is 7925 Gunn Hwy, Tampa, I received notification that the medication was ready for pickup on 7/5/2023; however, I (due to out-of-town guests) couldn't pickup the medication until 7/9/2023. I called Walgreens to make sure the pharmacy was open on Sunday 7/9/2023, and the recording said they were closed until further notice--the entire store, including the pharmacy. I called Walgreens at 1841 Little Road and informed about my dilemma as my dog needs her medication, and the person who saved the day and came to my rescue was Aida!!! Her store didn't have the medication, and she called several Walgreens to find the medication for me. Aida went out her way to keep looking until she found the Walgreens that had the medication!! Wow, I thought to myself, not too many places have customer service and service with a pleasant voice!! Her service was outstanding!! I was able to pickup the medication at the Walgreens in New Port Richey, and the medication was ready with an hour!!! Thank you, Aida, for making my day carefree with no worries!! You definitely deserve a raise! My dog thanks you too! ?

This review isreally just for the pharmacy. The people that work in the main store behind the counter seem pretty nice and helpful. The pharmacy people actually are usually pretty nice as well. The reason for leaving two stars is just that you always have to wait for a while at this pharmacy. They also seem to never have the meds available right. They always have to call them in so that first you have to wit for them to receive the medication in the first place (and I'm not talking about anything special or out of the ordinary) and then you have to wait in line at the dreaded counter. Ugh!

All the reviews about the pharmacy here are true, and it's been going on for years, pre-Covid. Avoid at all costs unless you like to stand in line and wait for 30 mins even though you are the only person there. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or in-store. Incredibly, they have the same complaints going back 8 years or more, and no one cares to address them. Now if they would stop spam-calling me about me not getting my refills there for the past 6 months....catch the hint.

Woman working in Photo Center on 2/14/2023 at 5:10PM doing the In-Store pickups. The older one- Probably a Asst-manager can't handle her job. She needs some serious interpersonal skill training on how to adequately deal with customers.A simple Wrong Pick for not having a item in-store that was available online turned into her yelling at me and telling me there is nothing she can do about and that's it in front of a line of customers right next to my house. It wasn't even the attitude she gave me about her frustration over the wrong pick that made this a horrible experience- it's that she yelled at me telling me I was cussing at her and then to tip the scale her co-worker telling me there was nothing they could do about it.Reported to Walgreen Corporate and if you can't handle your JOB dealing with customers.. simply QUIT!I'll be back to talk to the GM.

Dropped off my prescription along with good rx coupon on Friday. Staff confirms inhaler will be price on coupon code and ready Friday afternoon. Husband goes back to pick up set of 3 inhalers Saturday only to find out they don't have them because they didn't have my insurance on file (no phone call to contact me about this) and telling me my inhaler would cost $100 more than the normal amount WITH the coupon!! Asked to return my prescription and good rx coupon to take someplace competent and then was told they didn't have my good rx coupon anymore. Now I won't have my daily inhaler filled in time due to the negligence of this pharmacy staff. Unbelievable. You've been warned. Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

Always a wonderful experience. Even with a lot of pharmacies being understaffed, they were quick to help me and answer my questions. They’re really busy but the staff is wonderful.

SLOWEST DRIVE THRU!I CANNOT STAND this pharmacy. Their is no motivation to expedite customers. Every single time my husband or I have to go here, it takes 20-35 minutes. Then, when its my turn, they tell me to do a loop because low and behold my RX is not ready.DON'T GO HERE. It's worth the distance to go to the other Walgreens on 5432 Little Rd or an entirely different pharmacy.

An antibiotic was called in by my doctor first time I went it wasn’t ready. Went back 24 hours later still not ready said come back in an hour. Went back a 3rd time said pharmacist needs to approve it. A whole day & a half later I still don’t have the antibiotics I need. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. AVOID!!

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in all of Florida. Never waste your time. Currently standing here for the last 45 minutes waiting for a prescription (that I always get from here) while all the doodoodoo’s back there laugh and act busy. I always get my prescription here and this time they apparently didn’t have my name on file and then out of nowhere, my name popped up into the system. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. STAY AWAY. So many people in the last hour have walked away because they’ve been told 15 minutes for a prescription and they’ve waited HOURS to be told it’s ready to be picked up.YODATE: WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY CANT GIVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION EVEN THOUGH I GET IT EVERY SINGLE MONTH HERE!!!!

The employees are unaware. The employee was unable to obtain the insurance information for my children, and i went to my house to get the insurance cards and went again. After more than an hour of searching, she sought the help of her manager to help her get the insurance information. It took her time to manage to get the information from the system. More than an hour to receive the service.The service is very bad.
