Dear UPS Trinity Location ,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the poor customer service I received from your company. As a 3 plus year loyal customer, I have always expected reliable and efficient service from UPS, but my recent experience has left me utterly dissatisfied. IOn 07/21/2023 I shipped a package out and it arrived at its location destroyed 8/1/2023, when I came in to ship another item out and to check on a order. The 3 boys in the shop are beyond disrespectful. I asked to speak with Carla and was told she is the back which you can clearly see from the counter. Then 30 seconds later she stepped out. So it’s either Carla is not Interested in speaking with me about the status of the order I place or is not interested in working on the order.It is deeply disappointing to see a company of UPS's stature fail so miserably in terms of customer service. It is evident that there is a lack of training and accountability within your organization, resulting in an unprofessional and disorganized approach to dealing with customer complaints.As a result of this entire ordeal, I have not only lost confidence in UPS as a reliable shipping service but have also incurred financial loss due to the damaged merchandise. I had entrusted your company to deliver my package safely and on time, but instead, I was met with delays, incompetence, and damage.I have always held UPS in high regard and hope that you will take this feedback seriously. I believe that by addressing these issues promptly and making necessary improvements, your company can regain its reputation for excellence in customer service.I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolutionYours sincerely,Daniel Wilson

I stopped in very last minute for some copies of my resume due to having some printer issues. The team was super helpful in getting me a copy and sending me on my way. Not my first time coming in, everyone is always very friendly.

I did not have a good experience here. I'm not a review person but this place got me. I said hello to the clerk and asked how their day was - the response I got was cold. A negative "are you shipping or returning?" No, hey, hi, how are you? Just an immediate attitude. I get that everyone is overworked, everyone is stressed about whatever it is going on in their lives but man, it's okay to be kind. We started my Amazon return and in trying to make light conversation, I said that I would think Amazon brings in a lot of traffic to these stores - response was just a cold as the first. I was met with a "yeah, too much, they don't pay." It wasn't a joking or playful approach at all just cold and hard. I looked at other reviews about this store, it rings clear that the act isn't pulled together. My generation will certainly drive out of the way to go somewhere else where we can be met on a happier note.

I've reported them to UPS, hopefully this will affect their franchise agreement. Garbage business run by garbage staff. I've I've been in Trinity for 15 years. Let's see how many people I can tell about you and your garbage location.

Went early so there was no line. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because their prices seem to be astronomical these days!

clueless owner refusing to ship even hunting products because he/she thinks its related to firearms, not to mention tongue chewer front desk employees gives you a blank stare when you try and explain to them. I wasnt shipping anything remotely a weapon. get educated before you ban things you know nothing about. Clowns.

The best way I could describe the employees behind the counter would be unprofessional, unfriendly and uncooperative. I will still be using UPS but I will be going to a different store.
