Love shopping at this Ulta! Great prices, incentives and excellent customer service. Kyra L. was very patient and helpful in helping me find the right color and product for my skin. She went above and beyond to help me.

It seems like you have to come in here with a full face of makeup, hair done, and some nicer clothes to get treated nicer. I've been here quite a few times and I've seen the difference between how the same employee's act towards me while I dress nice and have makeup on versus me in sweat pants, no makeup, and running errands. It's definitely a lot different. You get judged if you're not like "camera ready" as if you won't spend a lot or lesser than. It's a little detail, but honestly, it's a big one if you really think about it.

I love this store however I was not satisfied with the service. I walked in and was right away greeted. That's a super plus. Thank you to the employee working the register. I was just disappointed that I was looking in the hair product section for almost 7-10 minutes trying to decide which product would be best for my curly hair and no one came to ask me if I needed help. The reason why I say this is because I heard other employees asking customers if they needed help with anything. That is the culture that I have seen in the past. The employees ask the customers if they need help. The store wasn't super busy. The two employees that were working the floor were not busy helping others because the ones that they asked did not need help. I walked out and nothing was said to me. Not sure why but just wanted to make an awareness to offer assistance to all customers and not only some that you feel like talking to.

Went for piercing appointment. Appointment time was changed 10 minutes before I showed up to a hour later. I showed up for new appointment time, then waited 20 minutes longer, and now had a different stylist. Most of the earrings I had to choose from were out. I complained to the manager, she did not care, and gave me 5.50 off and no apology. The stylist that pierced me was very nice. I would not recommend if you expect to get in at your appointment time. Poor selection of earrings!
One loyal customer until now!

Horrible experience none of the employees are helpful !!! Worst experience at an Ulta !! Drive the extra miles and go to the Wesley chapel location !! They are actually friendly and helpful .

Customer service is very weak at this location. Dirty looks from most of the sales associates and sometimes they even turn their backs to you when you are talking with them, I mean literally. Almost every time I feel terrible after leaving this store, because of how snotty the staff is. Cannot wait until the new Sephora shop opens up at Kohl’s on June 7th, so there are other choices, than this.
