My podiatrist sent over forms that needed to be signed off on by Dr. Eldridge since a PA's signature is not good enough. Understandable. What's not understandable is now this office says I have to make an appointment to see them in order to sign off on some forms. I just saw them a month ago. They claim they need to do a foot exam in order to sign off on the forms. Excuse me? Uhm...I went to a podiatrist to get my foot examined. Why does my primary doctor need to do a foot exam? Is this an excuse to bill my insurance for another visit? Hopefully, I get a call back from Dr. Eldridge to get this resolved. I will say I have gone to this practice for years and I will tell you it's going down hill with the quality of service. They book like 3 people in office and 3 more for televisit all at the same time slot as your appointment. When I can, I make in office visits because at least I wait max maybe 20 mins. For televisits, it was routine for me to wait 1.5 to 2 hrs. The PAs are so over worked requiring to juggle multiple patients for the same time slot. The office staff are wonderful but have to deal with upset patients because of the wait times even though it's not their fault. Oh and you can't discuss multiple problems in one visit. I've been told numerous times, this is visit is to go over your bloodwork and not about issues you may have with your stomach. We can address that at the next appointment. Please look into your business practices otherwise you will start loosing patients.UPDATE: The office called me back to claim the requirement of booking an office visit in order to have Dr. Eldridge sign off on forms for my podiatrist is a requirement of my insurance company. I called my insurance company to confirm and of course this is bogus. My insurance company stated there is no such requirement from them. I reported possible insurance fraud as it was Dr. Eldridge that is making this bogus claim. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.

If you are a working man or women this is not the office for you. I suspect the doc, which includes his PA over books appointments and can't keep your scheduled one. If they don't show for your scheduled telhealth vist you are charged a no show fee of 75$ Yes.. I have had to resort to billing the office for my time... this crazy Patient beware.

Simply horrible. Had a problem with soar throat that had been lasting for weeks and asked for an appointment. They scheduled a teleservice aka appointment by phone, not even video call! During the phone call was told to use a spray, thats all, no visual checking, nothing. After I complained about them charging money for nothing, the “doctor” just said “you free to go to ER”. Stay away from this place.

They love to send you for blood work few times a year even though you don’t have any preconditions and they don’t refill prescriptions. Cameron is very rude receptionist. Would not recommend this place

They made my wife think she had cancer, which she absolutely did not!!! They made her get a biopsy because of symptoms that anyone with a sliver of competence would have known was unnecessary (the reason we knew it was unnecessary was because she went to another doctor's office and they were shocked that Trinity Family Physicians was unable to diagnosed and they recommended a biopsy). They also made her wait in a gown with no clothes on underneath for over an hour and a half in a freezing room. One last thing, my wife specifically asked for a female doctor, and she had waited for almost 2 hours for a male PA (Ian. Who other people have apparently complained about) to show up.You all should be ashamed of yourself.

Been going here for 2 years, simply because it's a hassle to change doctors. They have ZERO respect for your time. Almost every appointment we've had (several per year) has been well over an hour late. Routine bloodwork (they LOVE to send you for bloodwork and specialist consults) they routinely forget to send the blood work orders to the lab. When you schedule your lab tests before work and the office isn't open all you can do is leave and reschedule. They will NOT refill prescriptions requested by the pharmacy and NEVER return phone calls. Very unprofessional and frustrating staff and office in general. I highly recommend finding another practice.Update: To top it all off, when we informed the office that we would be finding a new doctor they changed ALL of our prescriptions (for my wife and I) many of which we'd been on for years and still had refills for, to ZERO refills.

My husband and I have been patients of this practice very close to when it opened. I have never had such a great experience with physicians or their PAs ever. When Dr. Shirmo found out that my husband was diagnosed with cancer, he called us that same day to reassure us that everything would be OK. He also gave us advice about our plan. This practice has made sure that the staff is courteous and attends to the needs of the patient. I have never had to pay to get refills. YOU need to call them since they want to make sure everything is OK with you. They are all very thorough and they have never steered us wrong. If you have a problem with the practice, they listen and suggest a resolution quickly. You can’t go wrong with them. I love Rachel, his PA. Thank you, Dr. Shirmo.

This Drs office is a joke , they try to charge you fees when you have medical insurance , will refuse to refill medications and provide care unless you pay them the money, and will not give you lab results that was covered by insurance Dr. Ian is a P.A not a physician and rude and has no bedside manner all he wants to do is push the covid vaccine on you and if you tell him no he gets offended and tells you that if you do not get it you will end up dead. this place is by far the worst patient care , i would not go here if it was my last breath

Terrible service. Had a 2:45pm appt today and got there at 2:45pm. Waited about 10 min for the nurse to walk me in and start the process. Then had to wait for 1 hour for the nurse to come back and say its gonna be another 30 min or so as the doctor is busy. I just got up and left. I ll never go to this place again.

I do not recommend Trinity Family, I always feel rushed, have to wait a long time after my scheduled appointment, staff does not return calls and I definitely don't feel like the doctor cares about my concerns; hardly answers my questions as she rushes out the door. These are just a few of my complaints.

I am in my 50s and haven't had the greatest luck finding a doctor who cares. My whole family now goes here to see Ian who is super helpful with health issues. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to know to improve your health.I have been battling GERD, which is a digestive disorder, and Ian is the first doctor who was willing to take the time to understand my problems and then prescribe a medication that has actually helped... it has been life changing for me!

We moved here from Northwest Florida after hurricane Michael. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Rachel because my mom was referred from Trinity hospital. Dr Rachel immediately took control of my mom's situation prescribing over the counter vitamins and other nutritional supplements as she was struggling with nutrition and dehydration. She's not doing the best today but she's doing real good to be that age. The staff is dependable polite courteous whether I need a disabled sticker application filled out or a prescription filled they are on top of it immediately returning phone calls the same day and everything. Kudos and tears to Trinity family physicians!

Front office great, PA tried to scold me about not getting vaccinated saying I will end up dead if I get covid. He kept repeating "do you understand me" in a belittling manor. I just starred at him, he was a complete j**** Never going back.

Front desk told me they help with side effects of the vaccine. After seeing the PA he didn’t believe my issues and tried to send me to someone else. He also assumed I was crazy

They are hiring for front office staff. I recall dealing with the staff at my previous job. They were so rude and unpleasant no one wanted to call them. When I walked in strange uncomfortable vibe... The doctor came out and said something to the lady at the desk... You could cut the tension with a knife. I turned around and left... No interview... I can't imagine the misery of working.here.
