My primary doctor, Dr. Amir Shirmohammad is just terrific. No matter my issue or illness, from a serious medical condition to stress and anxiety, he is ready and able to find the solution. Truly a Godsend in these days of impersonal treatment and insensitive care.

The doctors here take time to answer questions and listen. Staff is wonderful!

Robert Willuams, APRN, is a Fantastic provider. Hes very thourough and pleasant. Such a shame the office utilizes billing company Innovacare Central Florida Physicians, who has the most rude and UNINFORMED people answering calls for billing questions. Also as rude and uninformed are the people answering the Trinity calls at their call center, I cant even get through to my providers office so they could tell me what Im being billed for, they want you to send an email inquiry. like i want to send or receive an email from some strange company!!!! Give me a break. You lose, your loss, no more money from me or my insurance company! For me to have to drive to the doctors office to find out what Im being billed for is ludacris and im not emailing anyone! You seem to have forgotten that the reason you're in business is because of the PATIENTS!!! Apparently, to Trinity Medical Group, its all about the MONEY.. SAD.

I just paid 95 dollars for a Tele health visit that got cut short it lasted about 5 and a half minutes. The Dr's screen froze up and instead of calling me she has someone else call me and tell me that the Dr was about done talking to me anyway. The girls up front are rude and have no personality i also get the feeling that if they dont care for you you will be treated less than human...This Trinity family group is not good go with Baycare.
Update
My new Dr has requested my medical records twice and still has not received any records..it's been 2 months... I have called and left a message for their records department and have not received a call back. Not that I'm surprised.

Great care. Dr. Eldridge and her team listen and work with me. Prompt appointments, thorough follow up. I appreciate their care and support.

I do not recommend this Family doctor. Every appointment they make you wait over an hour and for telehelth no less then 40 minutes. The person that calls to collect payment is rude and condescending.

If there was a ZERO or even negative numbers to submit, this office would fall into these categories. My wife registered both of her parents with this office and provided whatever paper work was needed including Medical POA's. Her parents have dementia and we were having a very bad day and we couldn't get them to come to the doctors office. My wife didn't want to cancel so showed up to the office to explain but the doctor wouldn't even speak to her. We offered to pay for the appointment but instead they said to reschedule so we did for the next day. We just got a call from the office and they said they want to cancel both appointments and no longer wish to have them as patients. Another example of doctors in it for the money. The term "train wreck" is what doctors use and when they are on a MAPD plan, it can cost the doctors office either to much money or to much time not to mention the responsibility. This was a business decision that could have been handled a lot differently but instead they just cut them without owning current responsibilities for care we needed them for. They even forgot to order their medications like we asked. DON'T EVERY VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR YOU WILL SUFFER GRAVE CONSEQUENCES. They call themselves Christians...it's no wonder the world is confused about telling the difference between a true Christ follower and people like this. Calling CMS and the health plan to file grievances to turn this office in for their negligence.

My podiatrist sent over forms that needed to be signed off on by Dr. Eldridge since a PA's signature is not good enough. Understandable. What's not understandable is now this office says I have to make an appointment to see them in order to sign off on some forms. I just saw them a month ago. They claim they need to do a foot exam in order to sign off on the forms. Excuse me? Uhm...I went to a podiatrist to get my foot examined. Why does my primary doctor need to do a foot exam? Is this an excuse to bill my insurance for another visit? Hopefully, I get a call back from Dr. Eldridge to get this resolved. I will say I have gone to this practice for years and I will tell you it's going down hill with the quality of service. They book like 3 people in office and 3 more for televisit all at the same time slot as your appointment. When I can, I make in office visits because at least I wait max maybe 20 mins. For televisits, it was routine for me to wait 1.5 to 2 hrs. The PAs are so over worked requiring to juggle multiple patients for the same time slot. The office staff are wonderful but have to deal with upset patients because of the wait times even though it's not their fault. Oh and you can't discuss multiple problems in one visit. I've been told numerous times, this is visit is to go over your bloodwork and not about issues you may have with your stomach. We can address that at the next appointment. Please look into your business practices otherwise you will start loosing patients.UPDATE: The office called me back to claim the requirement of booking an office visit in order to have Dr. Eldridge sign off on forms for my podiatrist is a requirement of my insurance company. I called my insurance company to confirm and of course this is bogus. My insurance company stated there is no such requirement from them. I reported possible insurance fraud as it was Dr. Eldridge that is making this bogus claim. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.

If you are a working man or women this is not the office for you. I suspect the doc, which includes his PA over books appointments and can't keep your scheduled one. If they don't show for your scheduled telhealth vist you are charged a no show fee of 75$ Yes.. I have had to resort to billing the office for my time... this crazy Patient beware.

Found out they dropped me as a patient after 5 months when I called in. Never even met the doctors - always shuffled to different PA's. Terrible prescription renewals - takes 3-5 days, then forget to renew some, and worst of all, they refuse to accept renewal requests from the pharmacy - which is the norm. They kept threatening to cut me off on prescriptions I had been taking for years per my records. They kept providing me with referrals to specialists who were not taking new patients. (I called 12 neurologist before I found one who would see me within 90 days). Worst care I have received in my life, and I am 64. Front staff were very kind to me - only positive thing. Haley and Tamara were great.

Great. Appreciate the intentionality to bust lives. The reality is we need people who recognize between work and families we still want quality care. They help with that.

Simply horrible. Had a problem with soar throat that had been lasting for weeks and asked for an appointment. They scheduled a teleservice aka appointment by phone, not even video call! During the phone call was told to use a spray, thats all, no visual checking, nothing. After I complained about them charging money for nothing, the “doctor” just said “you free to go to ER”. Stay away from this place.

They love to send you for blood work few times a year even though you don’t have any preconditions and they don’t refill prescriptions. Cameron is very rude receptionist. Would not recommend this place
