Came in the store today to get a new phone and some other things and Martha helped me. She gets 5 stars in customer service all the way- she was polite, smart and patient and efficient!!! Wish everyone was as good as she is with her skill knowledge and customer service-

Just about done with Tmobile due to incompetence. Be very careful when dealing with this location.On June 16th, at 2:15 pm, I visited the store, and Zach assured me that he would implement changes that would result in an $830 credit and a $40 monthly service upgrade. He stated that they were busy and unfortunately the representative did not complete my order.On June 29th, around 10 am, I returned to the store, where Zach mentioned he would take care of prorated charges, and my bill should amount to approximately $202, excluding the phone payment.On July 10th, at 10 am, I visited the store again, and Zach informed me that the current bill was $200.92, inclusive of taxes.On July 22nd, during a conversation with Zach, it was revealed that our membership had been downgraded, and additional charges were applied to the phone trade-in. Zach credited $65 toward the next bill and advised me to return on August 20th to prevent double billing. He also mentioned providing a phone credit and assisting with app-related matters, promising a $15 credit.On August 17th, at 10:05 am, I spoke with DJ, who credited $65. However, I did not see pending charges of $82.51 for August 17th. DJ explained that the plan would take effect at $180 per month with an $830 trade-in credit, and Zach would assist with app downloads on the 20th.On August 21st, at 12:10 pm, I communicated with DJ again and learned that the plan had been changed, but the discount had not been applied. After contacting customer service, they confirmed a monthly charge of $185 plus phone and tax, totaling $206, with the $830 credit applied.The bill on August 31st indicated a due amount of $246.09 on September 12th, and the $830 credit had not been applied.On September 1st, at 10:10 am, I spoke with DJ, who explained that credits could not be issued until after the 18th (every 30 days). I suggested he consult Zach and get back to me regarding a resolution, to which he agreed.As of September 5th, I had not received any communication from the store. Consequently, I contacted customer service at 11:20 am, seeking assistance or considering switching companies. I explained the situation and requested to speak with a supervisor. The representative offered a $69.99 credit on the current bill and a $23 monthly phone credit for 24 months, asserting that I was qualified. They promised to escalate the matter to a supervisor and assured me they would call back the following day to verify the issue's resolution.

Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time and go to this store, if you have any questions or need any help, they’re unprofessional, no acknowledgment. Me and my husband had a bad experience with a very rude guy there.

Martha was a complete angel ? this afternoon!!! She was kind, she was patient, and she was just the one I needed to fix my mess! I panicked because somehow I lost ALL my contacts and Martha saved the day and recovered them. Thank you for being sooo helpful and kind!

I always have such a great experience at this store ! The customer service is absolutely amazing?? Zach was very helpful , Patient , and knowledgeable as always ! I needed to replace a broken phone and he provided all the options for me and took his time with the entire process. I never feel rushed there and Zach always goes above & beyond to ensure the best service ! This is your #1 T-Mobile store in the area 100%

I just left the store. They are somewhat busy, no problem. I stood there 20 minutes, absolutely no acknowledgment, hello, or even eye contact. There are other stores, obviously. I won’t go there again, even though it is where I live.

Went to T mobile to replace a phone since it was just lost. Had an old phone from 10 years ago and was ready to purchase a new phone. Salesperson Danillo Nalos was helpful, professional, knowledgeable but above all informed and honest. Thank you Danillo , from a happy and loyal customer. You made up for the aggravation from losing a phone.

Martha and Zach were so amazing I wish I could put them in a box and take them home with me. Every T-Mobile employee should be just like them because all the other stores I go to don’t even compare to the amazing customer service and amazing personalities they have here. I recommend every single person comes to this store to buy their next phone because the experience is out of this world.

Worst store ever! I have had cell phone service before with ATT and Verizon so I have experienced good service before from other companies but T-Mobile have been the worst of the worst. At first they are wonderful at the store but then when you get the bill reality sets in. The store lied about promotions and when you go back to the store for explanations they don't want to hear it. We have been calling T-Mobile for the past 6 months to fix the mess that this store created and only part of the mess have been resolved. T-Mobile customer service (which by the way they have been half way decent)tell us to go back to the store to have it fix but the last time we tried to talk to the store back in December they got belligerent and disrespectful. If I could give them a zero for the review I would. We changed to T-Mobile to save money (what a joke!)and now we are paying more that we did with Verizon. Save yourself some heartache and emotional distress and do not go to this store!

This store is very unprofessional. I am unable to return a device I bought from them because 'the manager is not at work'. They are OK to process purchases without their manager but can't make a return. Like how? Should I take days off to visit their store multiple times to catch the manager? This is ridiculous to begin with, and also they make me feel guilty for asking the return. 'They told me 4 times they cannot without manager'. So how the store should operate? May be have a substitute or smth instead of treating your customer like this? Now i have to drive to another store to find the place with A manager. This was my last day I was using Tmobile. And this is how they lose customers who were using their services for 8 years.

Very rude manager and workers They offer fake deals trade in your old phone for 800$ that’s ps you will end up paying more for the new phone from Apple Store they said payment it will be 140$ and the true is 200$ I went back to the store trying to fix the problem they like good luck with T. Mobile customer service we have nothing to do for you it’s a big scam plus you lose signal all the time and very slow internet they if I could give them zero star I will should get sue for that

Terrible customer service at the store and same for the oversee customer service. I placed an order on 4/4/23 ( from DJ the manager) for two new phones and two new phone line. They related the px should be at my residence by Thursday and/or Friday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I called same response “in the warehouse being process”. Monday morning I get an email saying my order was cancelled. I called and guess what they tell me to disregard the cancellation email, the order is in the warehouse being processed. I ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up after a twenty minute hold. I call back eventually get a supervisor who was understanding, but related she would have to place a new order. I called the store for a refund and speak to the manager who appears to be overwhelmed and lacking good customer service skills. He tells me he can’t give me a refund have to call customer service What!And guess what I’m on the phone again currently waiting for a supervisor waiting 1 hour 22 minutes and counting. To be continued not sure how this end save yourself the time and headache don’t do it.

New TMobile customer. Very disappointed in their customer service. Had to return for a problem with my phone and received poor service. I highly recommend customer service and diversity training for this location.

Oh my they were sooo nice and willing to help thank you DJ ,and Donna. You helped us so much and were so truthfulabout everything no surprises. It was Saturday night and we kept them in the store after 8PM. They close at 8. We were not rushed, Donna put the screen saver on, DJ put all my information from my old phone to the new phone. We used to go to Gulview Mall Tmobile and they were rude and rushed us out. We will stick with Tmobile on 54. Again thank you DJ ,and Donna ?
