10/2022 - Within minutes of making an online reservation, Jim reached out to me and when I asked if I could view the unit first, he encouraged me to stop by anytime. He also communicated the pertinent details in a friendly way.
I stopped in to see the unit a few hours later. Jim showed me the storage unit as well as another available. I decided to take the one I'd reserved. Jim had me checked out with all of the paperwork, information, access, and app setup in a matter of minutes. Super efficient and super attitude! Thanks, Jim!”

“I have stored some of my belongings here for years without any issues. They are always pleasant when I have any interactions with the staff and also when I pay my bill in person.
I can access my unit until 10 PM at night which works out perfect for me. Also when I prefer to pay online they have a safe and secure process with no additional fees.
I highly recommend this storage facility for anyone looking for a place for their storage needs.

The cherry on top was when I decided to hire movers to transport my belongings from Florida to Virginia. With barely an hour’s notice, Joann personally went above and beyond — packing up all my loose items into boxes and meeting the movers herself.
