Can you please have more than two cashiers? The line is always 10 to 15 people deep and I just turn around and walk out because I’m not waiting in it.

On Tuesday may 6th at 720 pm I was denied restroom service while shopping at that store by a short heavy set Latina woman, I literally left my shopping basket and will not return to that store ever..put a closed sign if you can't provide restrooms in future

I came here for a few things, figured I would try to apply for credit, the manager chris tried helping, I told him several times I don't do virtual card etc... he tried saying I could only do virtual today until I get my card in the mail, which I get...but he wasn't understanding I couldn't do and don't like doing the wallet thing due to past experiences, I never had that issue at other stores...but what really got me is how he had comments to say to his coworker as I was walking away to leave, which was unnecessary...I'm sorry but some of us are set in different ways then most with how we set up things....safety reasons for that part!!!

I got curious about what kind of shoes the employees wear. I was interested to know if the footprints made in the dirt on the floor were by them or by a customer that happened to walk everywhere in the store.
It blows me away that the CEO made 18 million last year to run this absolute sewer drain of a store. Tell them to call me because I'll do it for half of that and they can use the rest of the money on a cleaning crew.

I’m not the type of person to ever write reviews but now I know the importance of it. I’ve been here twice and the first time staff was extremely rude, You can’t even ask for simple directions without getting an attitude from the workers. Today me and my mom went to the same Ross and the lady that works in the fitting room from the start was rude to my mother. My mom came with items in her hand and the lady Screamed at her to put it on the hanger and as my mom was doing it, she continuously yelled and then when my mom handed it to her on the hanger. She YANKED it so aggressively.. All I got to say is this place needs to hire people with positive customer service. This is so unacceptable. No one should be treated this way!!

Some boy was wearing a name tag under the name “Marie” and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Probably why he wasn’t wearing a name tag with the correct name .
