I wish I could give this clinic less than one star. My appointment was scheduled at 11:30 AM. I arrived to my appointment at 11:26am and signed in at the kiosk. I was waiting there for over an hour and 45 minutes before I asked why my name was not showing up on the screen as a patient waiting in line. At first they told me they did not believe me that I had an appointment so when I showed them the confirmation on my phone—they went quiet. They told me to sign in again, and when I try to do that, it did not work because the other kiosk was broken and the one that I was using had someone else trying to sign in. I told this extremely rude Technician there and she said “we will try to work you in”. This was after she accused me of arriving late because it was 12:37pm by the time I asked them what was going on with my appt and so I had to show my texts where it confirmed I arrived and signed in at exactly 11:30 AM. This place is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and I hope no one waste their time here. I had to leave because there were already too many walk-ins, and I didn’t trust that they would ever “work me in”. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if this is the result….

Went in for bloodwork as I routinely do. Dr emails script to me that I’ve always gone in and then would forward email to office. This time I go in and first I was called back and then told I was the “wrong” person and then passed off to someone else. I was then told that they don’t get emails and a manager was then called in by the brash New York transplant. A middle-aged l, short, round woman with peculiar eyebrow piercings comes in with an inferiority complex and tells me that I’m basically lying that I email my scripts because she’s been there “3 years” and it’s not possible to get emails. She refuses to give me her managers number and also when asked for her card she gives me a generic card with no name and the number for an automated system. Used to like this place now it’s garbage. Love quest but this location has some serious staffing issues.

I want to share that every time I come to this Quest, I have an incredible experience. I DO make an appointment a few days beforehand. It’s very convenient because I can make it around my schedule. For those complaining it takes too long, open your Internet on your phone and make an appointment at Quest Diagnostics. It’s not complicated. When I arrive, I check in on my phone, and then I go in and sit down. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than five minutes for an appointment. So, AGAIN, I suggest getting an appointment. They are super easy to make online.Today, I had 10 LARGE vials of blood drawn from Mabel. She was gentle and sweet. After withdrawing so much blood, I was very close to passing out. I was so dizzy. I couldn’t get my equilibrium. This has never happened before, but I have never had to give that much blood in a lab before.Mabel took such good care of me because she saw how pale my face was, and my equilibrium was off. She put an ice pack under my neck. She pulled out the chair so I could lie down. And she made sure I didn’t leave until I was 100%.So, I want to acknowledge that I love this facility, and I triple love ❤️ MABEL for going above and beyond with my health. She is a real gem. Take good care of her like she did with me.J.P.PS. Make an appointment to save time.

I arrived on November 8 around 9:00 am without an appointment and signed in. The reasonable wait time was almost exactly as estimated, and it was easy to see the progress on their system. The young lady who took my blood was aloof and disconnected, and her technical skills were not very good. Her "stab" was painful, more difficult than necessary and mercifully over quickly. Today is November 22 and there is still a bruise where she "stabbed" me and took my blood. Not a good job.

Very nice office & location. Easy to schedule appointments. I have to give thanks to Crystal, one of the phlebotomist at the Trinity location. She was extremely helpful! My doctor requested lab testing and it stated I did not need to fast. Crystal took the time to call my doctors office & verify if this was correct or not. They were out of office. Crystal discussed my options and potential variations in results. She gave me the option to do the bloodwork or reschedule. I chose to reschedule. Thank you so much to Crystal! I can not emphasize how much I appreciate her help!

I took my 10 year old daughter to have her blood drawn this morning. This was her very first blood draw and she's already so afraid of needles (plus has ADHD and anxiety). Mabel took her blood and was so patient and understanding. My daughter was trying to be brave but her nerves were starting to get the best of her. Mabel talked her through it, explaining things along the way in terms that kids can understand, and just was overall AH-MAZING! She said her expertise is with kids and babies and boy am I so glad I chose the Trinity location for my daughter's first experience. Couldn't have gone better. Thank you Mabel!

I was sent for labs, had the labs done after waiting in the lobby over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and was later billed incorrectly for them because of how the physician classified the orders and did not separate them. Apparently this cannot be fixed so I am not stuck with the bill. The representative that told me this could not be fixed was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER have anything done with quest again. I’ve had negative experiences with them before but this was my final attempt.

Much better than the others I've been to. It is very well run, significantly less crowded. I left another location which was completely full with some people forced to stand and went out to my car and made an appointment to this location instead. I checked in at the kiosk and sat down for less than 5 minutes and had my blood draw and was out the door. This will be my new preferred location.

Hands down the best facility in the area and I've been to many. Today Deborah assisted in the blood drawing and boy, she is good. Everyone is good here, place is super clean, always on time and I would not go elsewhere. 4 years ago place was just being open and set up but they have come a long way. Thank you Deborah and all keep up the amazing job . Place is in the middle of a lovely plaza right across from cabelo salon

Not bad! Had an appointment and waited an extra 5 minutes which is ok. Check in was easy and was greeted, entered a room and paid for the services first. The phlebotomist was very friendly and did a great job. I also like the easy to get to location. Quick, easy and friendly. Will go back for any other lab tests. Recommended.

Made my appointment a few weeks in advance with ease. Glad I’m not getting bloodwork that would be a 1-2 hour ordeal. Being sick with a chronic illness for 30+ years takes a toll on your entire body. I have a power port to get bloodwork, infusions and other things. They don’t access ports but I’m sure it’s a lot of people just like me that are extremely hard sticks. Today my doctor wanted me to do a breath test (that came out negative). Thinking it’s a simple procedure sat in the chair thinking great thoughts. The tech is running around, she’s mixing the concoction in a small foil bag. The contents fall all over my shirt and pants. I thought this will be quick and I can go home and change. Not the case here she asked me to drink the sip that was left and come to this room out of the way. I’m freezing cold, wet you’re leaving me in a room off to myself? She finally came to get me I’m in so much pain from sitting in one spot for so long. Again, horrified by what’s transpired.

Sorry to go against the grain here for you 4 and 5 star reviews but I've been coming here forever for blood work, and I've always been greeted with some sort of politeness, good morning/afternoon, how's your day going? Today was not the case. I unfortunately had to endure the absolute worst customer service, rude, and just outright unpleasant experience with technician Myrta (sp?) She was just miserable and gave the vibe that I'm bothering her or interrupting her from something else. What she needs to understand is that WE are PATIENTS. We are going there for a reason and sometimes it's scary life altering stuff,a little bit pleasantries could go far. Someone really needs to retrain her or at least have a talk about customer service. Her ego or whatever she has going on should not be what represents Quest Diagnostics and could easily push people to go somewhere else.

I drive all the way from Hudson, and avoid getting my kids blood draws at their doctor, because Candias Miller is amazing at her job. She calms my kids down and makes their blood draws quick and easy.
