I went here a couple months ago to buy a beta with my kids. The lady wouldn’t sell us a beta because I showed her the tank we had (which was purchased there.) She stated I needed at least 10 gallons for a beta…Ridiculous. Decided to return and the same woman was working. She would not sell my son a tiny shark because we did not have a 50 gallon tank. It was about a half of inch big and we had a 20 gallon tank. Don’t go there to buy fish, my son left crying again.

Most of the employees are great at this location however they seem to always be out of small crickets, even the day after they get they're supposed to get shipments. They went a good while with having crickets all the time but fulfillment has been stingy lately with their orders. Petsmart, please fix your cricket inventory issue. I have more free cricket coupons than I can use and keep accumulating them because you're always out of crickets.

Very rude lady who answered in reptile dept @11:15am today…They are ALWAYS out of crickets (forget to order them is what they tell me) and when I called she stated they only had large in stock, but online says small..(very common as they never update the site)….so told her thats what i needed was the large and I asked if I order the small can you just substitute for the large since online is wrong? which is ALWAYS AN OPTION ON DOOR DASH to substitute….THE LADY Vee or Bee whatever her name is straight up YELLED to me “NO!! I will cancel the order cause the large are already bagged up!” , which makes no sense to me as the bags for the large are 25 count so I could of just ordered 25 small (since online says they have small but really have large) and they could have adjusted the price and gave me 25 large that are in stock, WHICH IS WHAT I NEEDED ANYWAYS....She didnt have to be SO RUDE to me...get it together Petsmart .….your ALWAYS OUT CRICKETS AND MY REPTILE IS STRAVING, SO THANK YOU TO THE RUDE LADY FOR NOT LETTING ME ORDER THEM SMH….Taking my business to Petco from this day forward

We usually get good service here, however we've had some employees lie to our faces about not having crickets (it had nothing to do with their personal store supply of crickets, we understand the store babies need to eat too.). Most of the time the employees are overwhelmed and are always very busy, so getting help can be hard especially if you want crickets. Don't bother pressing the button for assistance by the crickets, they don't come. Your best bet if you need crickets is to physically get someone yourself, or just go to another store. 9 times out of 10, we have to go to Pet Supermarket, which sucks because we live less than 5 minutes from this location. Generally though the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, so I don't feel like they deserve an awful rating, it's just the feeder bug situation that royally sucks (which they generally have little control over). If you need crickets from here and can't wait, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Maddie G is an amazing groomer. She takes such great care of our dog and does an outstanding job on him every session. She pays attention to his needs and makes on point recommemdations. Our dog Max absolutely LOVES going to see Maddie G. We highly recommend her and the other groomers because of the great care that she and this grooming department provides!!

We've always shopped here and brought my parents dogs in for nails and bath services and have always been pleased. Yesterday, we adopted a kitten through them as well. Been barely over 24hrs and she's already settled in like she's lived here since birth. Process couldn't have been any easier, and the people we dealt with genuinely care about these animals...

I love PetsMart. I have to be honest that sometimes I get a little irritated because I find that particular employees feed you what they think you want to hear instead of the facts about what you're asking about. Unfortunately, it's become clear that these certain associates do it either to make a bigger sale or because they want to sound like they are 100 percent knowledgeable on the department that they work in and it has come to kick me in the bootie later on. However, other than that, PetSmart is my go-to place for animal needs. PRICE= C- although they have a good rewards program and their sale items go down super cheap. STAFF FRIENDLINESS= A- Mostly everyone is super cool. STAFF HELPFULNESS= A+ for sure and I always need assistance with the insects and worms for my Dragon. STORE CLEANLINESS = A+ especially the bathrooms which is so important... STORE OVERALL SATISFACTION= A... I do wish that they had a little bit more of a selection for their reptile section... Tried to be as honest and as thorough as possible. Hope it helps...

I use Banfield for one of my cats, always great service, the vet and veterinary staff have a lot of patience for all my questions. I especially like Dr. Holmes, he inspires a lot of trust and I feel comfortable asking any questions.

At 6:10 ish we started looking at fish in the tanks my daughter was trying to decide on a fish workers 2 of them working around us the whole time my daughter finally decided on a fish walled up to the guy at 6:39 and he tells her sorry we don't sell fish after 6:30 . Someone could of forsure told us even a small sign here and there . Either laziness played a factor or they didn't tell us out of stupidity. We was obviously looking at fish .

There are good groomers and not so good groomers at this PetSmart. This review is about Starr at Mitchell Ranch. It took her 6 hours to groom my dog because she kept putting him back in his crate so she could chit chat with co workers. I went to pick my dog up after 4 hours thinking it was enough time and they would call any minute. I stayed for awhile and watched her. When she took my dog to the back and came back to the front I assumed she was done so went in to get him. She wasn’t. She went and got him and continued working on him. I walked around for a bit and walked back in to hear him yelping from Starr yanking fur out of his ear. My dog was constantly trying to lick her face, a sign that he’s stressed and wants her to be nice. I told her that he was done, so she brought him to me without his collar or leash and I had to hold onto him so he wouldn’t bolt while waiting for his collar, which she threw to me over the counter. I don’t recommend Starr, nor will I take my dogs back for grooming. There are other groomers there that are good, but this review is solely about Starr.

Very clean store inside, extremely nice staff,, I found every thing I needed witch I couldn't find at 3 preavious pet store stops! Everything was priced fairly.

I’ve had my puppy groomed here twice and the first time was great. They were communicative and got back to me to pick him up within the times they gave me. The trim was great and my puppy seemed happy. The second time they told me that he would be done in 3 hours. I finally went in at the over 5 hour mark and asked if he was done. They said yes. I asked if he had been done for awhile and the groomer said they’d been very busy but his grooming was just completed. When another groomer brought him out she exclaimed that he was sleeping for awhile and was very tired: my only issue is how was his grooming just completed but he was sleeping for “awhile”. I don’t think I’ll bring him back after the extended time. He’s a puppy and he had a puppy trim which is supposed to get him accustomed to getting groomed. Several hours in a kennel is not conducive to getting him accustomed to getting him groomed. His trim was nice though. But over 5 hours is not acceptable for a young puppy.

I went in with a question last week to see if they had Zignature in stock (they do not) and the staff members were not only rude but honestly looked bothered and irritated by me asking them a simple question. Do better...for others...because I'll never be back.
