“Wonderful service (especially as a walk in). Had to get lab work done but no appts available til next week. When I arrived I found 15 people already signed in and waiting. Naturally you think the worst, but the techs were on it, giving updates and I waited about 20 minutes total. It was awesome! Thank you so very much!”

The employees of Quest Tarpon Springs never rush or make me feel bad for requiring extra time and attention for two people needed to get the desired results. They are the kindest, most thoughtful and upbeat group of people. I am so very thankful that this Quest location is so convenient.”

“First, let me say for the negative review people who have posted about being at LabCorp and the lab not being open; you were at the CLOSED Village Medical. They are NOT LabCorp. LabCorp is inside the Walgreens at the back near the pharmacy. My experience at LabCorp was today with Alexis the phlebotomist, and she was wonderful. She gave me the supplies I needed for the test I will have, explained test instructions in detail and informed me of the Specimen return actions. My wait time was minimal, although as a walk-in if the time- whether it's 30 minutes or 3 hours-and we don't set an appointment what else would a person expect. Walk in means you're going to wait. Thank you LabCorp.”

“Mary was wonderful! Refreshing to find a LabCorp that understands the patients needs. I asked for a butterfly and was told sure, no problem. Any others I have gone to, have given me a hard time and made excuses to try to not give me one. While the wait was quite long, she was by herself, and didn't act upset nor frustrated that the chairs outside were full. She was pleasant and she deserves a raise. “I was seen by Joanna and Yanet. Upon arriving, the place was clean and organized. Check in was simple and fairly quickly. I got taken to the back and had forgotten to bring my paperwork. Joanna was very kind and understanding, and she reassured me saying that I could come back with the paperwork today, that even though she was going on lunch she would hand me off to Yanet who would take care of me. When I came back from getting my paperwork Joanna was still at lunch so Yanet took care of me. She was very personable and super sweet. She took my blood very quickly and I honestly did not even feel the needle go in at all. I faced some issues with my paperwork, and Yanet was super kind and did everything possible to find a solution to which she did. Even when the clinic faced a WiFi network issue, she remained super patient and kept me reassured throughout the whole process. She is also bilingual and speaks Spanish. I totally recommend going here, bathrooms were clean and everything is super organized and easy.”

“They said I needed a appointment for our yearly blood work we are supposed to do. Which the doctor not only gives us our papers but they made me leave with papers ahead of time. I was told to go same day for them to get it out the way. They told me they didn't have time for me. Other than that they did a great job. Would have to say I have been a few times over the years. ?”
“We live 2, minutes away from this LabCorp. (It is EXTREMELY crowded early morning so I suggest making an appointment on LabCorp website)I have never in 6 years had an issue with this LabCorp location or the AMAZING people who work there. I'm not a fan of needles but being a type 2 diabetic, I have to get blood tests every 3 months. The receptionists are always friendly / very helpful. The people who do the blood draws are gentle, knowledgeable, and talk to me during the process to help me stay calm. Hammock Rd Port Richey is the absolute best / easiest lab to go to.
