“This UPS store is the best around. I live about 25-30 minutes away, and I will drive out of my way to go to this specific location. The customer service is impeccable. We have had yard signs, business cards, and flyers printed by them. Turn around time was quick and exactly what I needed. We also go to them for Amazon returns and have used them for notarizing a document! Tracy helped us design our door hangers and other prints for our business and executed our ideas perfectly. “Joe, the owner of Goin Postal has always been the best person to go and see when it comes to your shipping needs! I have been going for years to him when shipping items out and his knowledge and honesty goes a long way! I had to stop by a different place (UPS store on Alderman) and I was quoted $52 for a two pound item in a small box. I immediately left the UPS store as they said it was the “shape” of the box that made it expensive. I went and saw Joe instead and it was only $20! Stupid me should have know to drive the extra distance and go see Joe instead. Thank you Joe for your honesty!!! Always a pleasure to do business with you.”

“The employees at this location are the very best!! They are always very helpful, kind, respectful, caring and go out of their way to make sure you receive quality service. I am at this location at least two or three times a month for the past two years and I have seen firsthand as they interact with the customers with compassion and understanding. If there is something that they cannot compete for example a notary or file issue the staff member explains as to why they are unable to complete. Truly outstanding team work!!
