“If you need property insurance in Florida, Reliant Insurance Services is the only place you need to look. John at Reliant provided a quick quote and quickly answered multiple phone calls and email in preparation for my new policy. Most responses came within 30 minutes all within 24 hours. The company I originally had insurance with ceased doing business in FL. In addition to calling Reliant, I called and or emailed the broker from my original policy plus 8 others for a new insurance quote. 7 of them never got back to me. One of them gave a quote similar in price but none of the personal service. Oh, and the original broker did eventually get back to me and said they had a great new policy for me. But then said oh no we can't insure you because they had the codo age and roof structure wrong on the quote request even though thy had it correct on my original policy. I don't write many recommendation, but I wholeheartedly recommend Reliant Insurance Services.”

“I met Donna Harris several years back and moved my insurance to her after what had been a negative experience with the lack of customer service at other companies. “We've been with the Steve Bennett Agency and State Farm for 20 years. Every person I've ever spoken with has been pleasant and helpful. When it comes to Customer Service, they're the best I've encountered. We've never had a bad experience. They've taken very good care of us. Service is important, or we wouldn’t still be with them.My husband has worked for an insurance company for the past 15 years. It's a reputable company, but we've stayed with State Farm at the Steve Bennett Agency because we know we can count on them to take care of whatever we need. We're happy with them. In my opinion, that speaks volumes.I realize no business can please everyone, but I'm surprised by some of the reviews. One person wrote a bad review because their insurance was cancelled. Since my husband works for an insurance company, I'm familiar with the process. First of all, more than one notice will be mailed if a payment is late. Insurance companies are required to mail a notice. Customers won't receive a phone call. In addition, a final notice with a pay by date to avoid a lapse in the policy will be sent. Last, there is a notification mailed that the customer's insurance has cancelled. It doesn’t make sense that the customer didn't receive any of the notices unless they moved and didn't change their address. All notices and bills are mailed from State Farm, not from the agency. Given the fact a bill is sent to advise a customer to make their payment and at least two other notices, I feel it's unjust to blame the agency for something that isn't their responsibility. I'm sure the customer was upset that their policy was cancelled. I understand that, but as a consumer, it's our responsibility to keep track of when our bill is due and take ownership rather than blaming the agency.Given all the phone calls, emails and encounters I’ve had at the agency, it’s difficult for me to wrap my head around anyone saying people in the office were rude. That’s never been my experience. Perhaps the agency wasn’t able to do what the customer was asking due to the laws and regulations they must follow. Whatever the situation, I get that they were probably upset about something which resulted in a negative review. I realize it's their right to give a review whether it’s favorable or not. However, I hope anyone reading these reviews will take into consideration all the positive reviews.Please know, my review is based on my experience which has always been good. I'm not related to or friends with anyone in the agency. I truly feel they're great to work with and they do an outstanding job. That's why we continue to do business with them. We don't shop around for cheaper insurance because cheaper isn't always better, especially when we’re getting the kind of service they offer. We hope the Steve Bennett Agency will be around for many years to come because we plan to remain loyal customers.”
