Why don’t you have a separate sitting area for the sick and an area for injustices and others? My son was injured and then we got crowded by very sick people while there. A few days later we had Covid and mono. Let’s use our brains guys and stop causing spreading.I went for myself. It was incredibly busy. I know it was a Monday and there were a lot of people. It took 5 hours. They insisted I didn’t have a fever ? but I was checking myself and I had a fever. After not getting tested for anything and having bled out all over due to bad badging once they removed my IV, I went to a walkin. Guess what? I had a very high fever (I think their machine wasn’t working right) and I was tested (Covid positive, turning to pneumonia, and I had mono somehow. The people at the front kept saying “it’s so busy because people want to miss work” they treated me not so great. What’s crazy is I went there because I had two other good experiences when my son was super sick, but I don’t think we will be going again. That was just wild. Please, higher some more nurses if you’re understaffed.Update: went back with a fever. Confirmed I have a high fever while pregnant. They did test me everything, but didn’t bother checking on the baby and still insisted I did not have a fever when all three thermometers, ear, forehead, and oral that I have at home indicate a high fever. Get them some new devices for fever checks for his sake!!!!

Unfortunately terrible experience in December with my husband. Staff unresponsive with no one in the waiting room at 10:30 pm. Took my husbands tempature wrong. Said it was 99 when it was over 104 at home. Gave him nothing but a RX for Tamiflu, that I had to get filled the next morning. I begged the nurse to repeat his temp, she agreed it's now over 103. They didn't give him a pillow, blanket, water.. nothing, not even a Tylenol. Was Covid negative, but had Flu A. Even with insurance, bill was over $2,000 out of pocket. Saw a Dr for about 45 seconds total. Disappointed about lack of care because we just recently moved here. Urgent Care facilities were closed at that hour.

Visited the ER Tuesday with symptoms of a heart attack. Waited in the waiting area for a total of five hours. They did not have beds available so pulled patients back and forth from waiting area for tests, bloodwork, heart monitoring, etc. Not sure if it is staffing or facility issues, but did not feel properly cared for and would not return if emergency care is needed for my family in the future.

The majority of the nurses in labor in delivery are cold and uncaring. Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had with any labor and delivery unit.
A family member came in and they were short and rude the entire visit. Dawn is very cold and down right rude. She talked to my family member like she was stupid and didn’t ask her any questions about how she was feeling or even what brought her in. She rushed her out and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience to her.

I had to go to to ER at HCA Trinity a couple of days ago due to a passing kidney stone. It's something I deal with a lot. It was a slow night and I certainly wouldn't expect such prompt care had the waiting room been full, but it wasn't and I was cared for immediately. I can say that every staff member I delt with was kind and professional. There is absolutely no better feeling when you are in extreme pain and distress than knowing that there are good people doing their best for you when you need them most. I've had other recent experiences at HCA Trinity in the outpatient center and I can tell you that their professionalism shines there as well. Thank you to the ER staff at HCA Trinity.

Terrible ER experience with family member. Waited in ER for 10 hrs till bed for admission was available. 95 yr old mother in law was in a cold 66 degree room with no offer of food or drink. Very little nursing attention or updates. Her PCU experience has been less than desirable thus far. Inoperable bed and very little attention to basic needs. As a former HCA RN very disappointed.

I came in excruciating pain of My hip and down to my legs which caused a lot of pain when I walked or stood long period of times. I had MRI Done before somewhere else and knew I had cervical, back problems of herniated and bulging discs, not to add Sciatica problems. . Anyways long story short, I’m a single Mother of now two young kids and was having tremendous amount of pain on my lower back, hips & legs. I could hardly walk without being in tight pressured pain. I finally made it from parking lot to the ER. Check in was a Mess, unprofessional and not very courteous. They called me to a waiting room and then they took me to get some X-rays of my hips, they put me in painful positions and really weren’t very reassuring or careful. I then sat back in waiting room for about an hr only to have doc come in and say he saw the scans and that there is nothing wrong with me ( like are you freaken kidding me right now!!). So I’m like ok? So am I crazy cause I’m in a lot of pain and plus I have MRI which show there are many things wrong. He’s like let me see you never showed me, I’m like umm you never asked besides things would show up on the images you took. Finally he said that I’m ready to check out and I can just make an appointment to see my general doc since she’s the one who’s been treating me. My mouth dropped on how horrible these people treat their patients. They really don’t care for anyone but the money they get from insurance and any other method of payment. I told him can you just atleast shoot me with something? He said oh yeah sure and he came back to give me what he said was an ibuprofen shot, never heard of it but I was like what the hell maybe this would be the best they can do for me which can help. Mins and hrs passed and I still didn’t feel any better, that shot must have been filled with water or something. Now I just received a bill in which I’m being charged $300 for doing and treating NOTHING! I also called them up to request my medical request be sent to my doc and they told me they need the doc to ask for that in order for them to send it. I called my doc and they said they have never heard of that being that way that usually it’s always just automatically sent out to my doc.. smh these People literally Suck!!!! I would give no stars but obviously is not an option here..

By far the worst hospital experience I’ve even encountered. I wasn’t a patient but i had a family member who was dropped off in the Er and my mother and I were in out of the ER for about 2 days. Now I’ve never been to this hospital at all i do favor morton plant north bay but this hospital is just where my family member was dropped off. Im not gonna get into the whole story but mainly just focus on things i witnessed in the ER lobby. For starters walking in you greeted by what i guess is supposed to be the receptionist desk area but its actually just nurse staff. They ask if you need to see a dr. Then from there they tell you to go check in with security. Which is behind you which is just another long desk / room area where security is. Now just walking in compared to other hospitals I’ve been to this doesn’t seem like they have any kind of security procedures. All they do is take a picture and give you a sticker. No metal detectors or detector wands no emptying your pockets or anything like that. The security booth is not even facing the entrance either. Sitting in the lobby is kinda uncomfortable the way its set up it seemed very dated some chips of paint in walls no hand sanitizer anywhere or tissues like the usual hospital lobby stuff. I saw some water bottles and trash left behind no one seemed to clean up. Sitting in lobby i could overhear the 2 security men a bigger old gray haired man and some man bun kid talk i guess about other employees, cursing, and other work place drama. Walk in patients when the come in the front desk area is also their triage area i guess you could call the first steps before going back in a room. But its also just open in front of anyone sitting in lobby to see no privacy or anything. Some of the patients i could hear nurses asking the routine medical questions and asking for social security numbers again right in the open and its loud enough that im hearing someone’s social security number being read out loud then im sure other people can too. I also saw a woman they sent to the lobby restrooms to go pee in a cup. The woman comes back and sets her pee cup on the same front desk you go to when walking in. Also throughout the times i was sitting in the lobby the tow security guards I mentioned previously seemed to just disappear for long periods of time. People would come in even i guess contracted hospital staff maybe that needs visitor stickers from security. Front desk staff would have these people just standing there waiting for them to comeback. So now the lobby has zero security of any kind. One nurse front desk lady would eventually get up and i guess do security guards job for them and send these people on there way and swipe card doors for them. Eventually they come walking back munching on some m&m’s. I feel bad for people that order uber food because that food just sits on desk until security comes wandering back in. Parking lots seemed excessively dirty. For being a smoke free campus there are cigarettes everywhere dirty face masks and i even saw a random wheel chair in the parking lot. But idk my whole experience and seeing the things i was seeing i was just baffled just cause I’ve never seen any hospital work like this one does. I could keep going but thats all i have for now.

I want to say a great thanks to all who assisted in my care in the emergency room. Everyone was kind professional and treated my pain with urgency. I know I will be billed to the tune of my both kidneys as payment. When you are hurting cost is not an issue, I say thank you for the wonderful care.
