Mainly because I never knew what I was doing & it always seemed fruitless. I dreaded it.The trainers here are THE BEST & direct you on exactly what to do & walk around camp the entire time making sure everyone is in correct form. Our trainers know everyone's names AND their restrictions, if any. It truly baffles me how they do it, but it makes you feel seen & not like just another body in the room. I feel very lucky to be a part of this community. I actually look forward to going to camps every chance I get. ?”
“I’ve been going here for a few months and I’m really happy I decided to join. The staff are all so supportive and friendly. They really try to give you a good workout and make it a lot of fun! I prefer this to a traditional gym because here I get to workout with a group which is really motivating, and the environment is totally judgement-free and the workout itself is very fun. It’s pretty much a cardio workout where you are learning to punch and kick a bag. It’s a bit of a commitment price-wise, but they have options and no contract. And it’s not really any more expensive than similar workout programs in the area. Overall, I feel like the environment and the type of workout is worth the price. I’m really enjoying my membership and I’d recommend anyone to check it out!”
