Find a different place if at all possible. They are more interested in receiving your co-pay than providing service. In each time I have gone for a pre-scheduled appointment, I have always waited an hour or longer before being seen. Keep in mind each of these scheduled appointments have been right when they open in the morning. You’re better off driving a greater distance and spending that time than waiting to be potentially seen. I do find it comical how each time they have said the doctor was pulled out on an emergency and in each of those times I wasn’t even scheduled to actually see the doctor who they mentioned. There are definitely more professional and better facilities out there.

These people have it all together, very organized and professional. I don't want to get into specifics as to how I ended up here, But I will tell you that everyone is very dedicated and if it were not for Dr Agarwal, I very likely would not be here to post this review! And the follow up by Keely has been excellent!I highly recommend FCA! Thank you!

I needed a Cardiologist and was recommended Florida Cardiology. They met all of my expectations, friendly, speedy and very knowledgeable. My needs were fulfilled. Ebony who looked after me was especially great.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Ledbetter for over 10 years. What we love about him is he never rushes you but take the time to answer all of our questions in aa very professional manner. Although at times the office is rather busy but I think that is a sign that people are very satisfied with Dr Ledbetter.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ledbetter's for over 5 years and have received excellent care. He is a very caring and compassionate physician. As a diagnostician, he is thorough, well-informed, and explains his findings in language any layman can understand. His office staff are friendly, helpful, and professional as well.I would highly recommend Dr. Ledbetter to anyone seeking a cardiologist.

I have been going to Dr. Ledbetter for approx. 3 years now. He truly cares and his TEAM is very professional! Cheyenne at the front desk is very personable and can help you with just about anything.I love this office and I drive 1.5 hours each way to see them. Thanks, TEAM!!

My experience with this office and its staff has been great. Both I and my spouse are patients. We attribute this practice to having been instrumental in saving our lives and preserving our quality of life. Dr. Ledbetter and Sarah Miller work together very well. I have experienced an instance where Sarah suggested a medication change for me in the context of our joint consultation with them both. Dr. Ledbetter was open and agreed that Sarah’s suggestion was a better recommendation. Sarah has always been upbeat, pleasant, professional and personal in our consultations. We feel well heard and taken care of when seen by both the doctor or Sarah. We also find the other office staff helpful, especially the staff member who checks out at the office in scheduling appointments. If there is wait time, I always know that the patients being seen are receiving the time and care they need, just as I will when it is my turn.

Avoid this practice if you value your time or health. As is typical in America, the doctor may be satisfactory but they (Doctors) are completely impotent in running an actual practice. The office is an abysmal nightmare. The receptionist is an emotionless automaton.....just move to a kiosk....rather talk to a computer screen. Of course, they overbooked and we waited an hour to be triaged. (Is our time not valuable?) Only to be sent back out to waiting room to be seen because of overbooking. (Patient tech was apologetic, apparently it's a known issue). Now in waiting room; allows me to watch the sales reps come in and drop off cookies and other pharma company "allowable" bribes....of course, they get full attention and smiles immediately. (So happy to see you!! You're my favorite and all sorts of other pleasantries) Fascinating. Anyway. Back to the visit. A FULL HOUR LATER after the scheduled appointment, we are in a room and the computer doesn't work. Nurse/tech is upset about it. Blaming previous people. The techs are upset that people are overworked and overbooked and voicing it. INCOMPETENCY OF THE FRONT OFFICE/Practice manager. Doctors need to run their practice!!!!!! Step up or step out of the business for Pete sake. Another quote from the staff "every day is just chaos here". Yep. And we (patients/customers) see that, thanks for calling it out to us every step of the way.... First EKG was wrong. They Mis wired....so. More time wasted. New tech comes in. New EKG. Are you kidding me???? Ugh. PA was great. But we now have to find a new office. Which is a shame....do better....Hoping Leadbetter will engage and straighten out HIS office! Ironically, went to Chick fil a right after....we were treated better buying an $8 chicken sandwich than a cardiology visit, something is wrong with that!!!!!

My husband has been expertly cared for by Dr. Ledbetter! His afib is getting under control and he is feeling great! Sarah Miller is wonderful to work with too, she is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Florida Cardiology Associates!
