I wouldn't deal with any establishment that would think it's okay to have $300 worth of food delivered and not even bother to tip the driver. Shameful.

Dr. Riquetti and his entire staff are AMAZING! I've been seeing him for over 5 years and he makes you feel comfortable, he's very intelligent, but he is also Down-to-Earth. As far as the staff goes, they are so amazing as well. From check-in with Lisa, Courtney and Tina as the Nurses, to check-out with D, the experience is always great! If you want to be treated like family, i highly recommmed rhen!

I mean, am I reviewing the DOCTOR...or his practice? I spent the first part of my career as a Pharma rep and a Group Practice Materiel Manager -- soooo when it comes to Doctors and well run medical practices I know the good, bad and ugly. As far as the doctor goes, Dr. Garcia is good. He is honest stern and to the point, He take his time with you and very easy to talk to. I feel he is an extremely conscientious doctor and explains things very clear to you. Now, the practice? If I was to rate his office staff...it would be a mixed bag; incompetent, arrogant, defense, thin skinned, and lack of customer service skills. They are somewhat disorganized and you do have to sit on them to get them to call you back, answer questions and on occasion, can be a little rude, for lack of better term. This really applies to the front office, who often gets it wrong. His back office staff is pretty efficient BUT . they DO NOT communicate lab results very well. His front office staff...they are not a good reflection on the doctor, so if you are the type who is easily frustrated by an office staff who is not necessarily organized or doesn't necessarily communicate well ... this might not be a good fit for you. They could screw up a 3 car funeral when it comes to scheduling. Folks this is Corporate Baycare Healthcare at it's finest (tongue in cheek).

I called and made an appointment with the new doctor, Doctor Mogali. I asked to cash pay, because I thought my insurance was cancelled. I was given an amount for cash pay. When the Receptionist took my info, it showed I still had active insurance and she said they would run it through. If there was any problem, they would get in contact with me. I showed up to my appointment, 30 minutes early as requested. Only to find out not only did I not have to be there 30 minutes early, but my appointment had been cancelled because the new doctor did not take my insurance. Supposedly they called this morning at 8:25 to let me know but did not leave a message. Why wouldn't the receptionist making the appointment know what insurance the doctors take. I explained that I was planning on cash paying and was told that because I had insurance even if tomorrow was last day of it or it really wasn't still active, they would not let me cash pay. They had already set me up an appointment with another doctor in the office for tomorrow at 1:30. Not only was this doctor not one that was suggested to me and I knew nothing about him, but I am my mother's caregiver and my husband had to come home from work in order to stay with her. I explain this to them and asked if the doctor was still available I would pay cash or if there was another doctor available to see me. I was told no the doctor I was supposed to see went home. As you can imagine I have an appointment with another cardiologist through another medical group.
