I walked into the store worried, and they were so HELPFUL and CARING about the situation. Although nothing in the store could reverse my radiator being blown, they did something more heartfelt.. they helped me with a reference to tow my car for what I could afford, They waited with me to ensure I was in good hands. I felt so relieved in their care. I know for certain had I ended up in another auto parts store, I would not have received that exceptional customer service that I was provided with. So friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They go above and beyond their duties. I felt in good hands and will Always be thankful to Jimmy and Brooke and their wonderful team !!! This will be my new auto parts store. Even if I live in another county, I trust their expertise ?. Please show appreciation for those who do what we can not !
