“Hands down the best place to get any work done on a mustang. I came in with a riced out GT, wires everywhere and poorly done diy mods.They took everything no questions asked, fixed up all the wire work and installed an absolute pain in the butt twin turbo system that no other performance shop wanted to tackle. They kept me very updated with constant emails back and forth and pictures of progress etc. I have not one complaint about the work and the people. They are very friendly and this is the only place I’m gonna be bringing my Mustang for work.”
“Jay did an outstanding job. He repaired the headliner on our 2009 Honda Civic. Headliner material is identical to the factory headliner which had completely come down. Jay completed the work on the day it was scheduled and promptly texted me when the work was done (btw, same day!). Price was great! “Outstanding, Honest and Kind. My front bumper was knocked loose by hitting decorative curbing in my driveway. I could not put it back in place and expected it to be a very costly job. I remembered that my husband used this company years ago for a repair and really liked the work. I felt compelled to go there and drove all the way from Trinity (Passing several other shops along the way). I wish I got the name of the person who helped me but he was so kind. Within minutes he took my car in the back and the tech fixed it right on the spot! I was stunned when they did not charge me! So grateful to have such kindness when I expected a big expense. “Outstanding customer service from the GM, Courtney Wells! I had an issue where the camera and home screen went blank in my 2014 SUV. This location closes at 6pm and I arrived there around 5:55pm, so I was hoping for a miracle to get a diagnosis and answer on what to do. Courtney welcomed me upon entering, then immediately jumped into action! She plugged in a diagnostic tool, which didn't provide her with a code for a default.
However, that didn't deter her from helping me. She got info on the vehicle and used her own cell phone to google and try to find a solution. It was a sweltering 100 degrees outside and she was kneeling on the pavement by a hot engine, switching out fuses and working for 10-15 minutes after closing time until she figured it out.
I was shocked that she took the time and effort to go above & beyond what most would do to make sure she resolved the issue. Courtney deserves special recognition for doing this! I'll be a customer at this location and recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again for all your help and outstanding service!”

“No issues. I was surprised that a new car with 20k miles need to have its brake fluid changed. My service rep kept me informed went we went over the estimated service time. I like that, I hate to be kept in the dark.
Update: went in for and oil change and cars where stacked up during check in. I assumed it was going to be a long morning. They did the service and still had me out in around one hour.
Side note: This was the first time I have not be screamed at by the ones checking you in. I have pulled in the check in garage and I have been screamed at to turn off the car. I turn off the car. It has not been one minute and I get screamed at again to start the car and pull up and cut the car off. The last time i told the check in person, you just told me to cut the car off. The garage doors were open and doesn't the catalytic converter covert the dangerous gases into safe gases? I understand if you do not want to inhale the exhaust gases, but if your garage doors are open with a breeze blowing though the garage chill or maybe a different job.”

“I went to the store in NPR #2482 and Logan assisted me with a battery problem. I went to Walmart because my battery wouldn’t start after sitting for five days. I had it under warranty. They printed it out and said it was a bad battery to go to AutoZone. AutoZone will tell you maybe it’s the starter alternator or something else Logan to good time to check everything. Said it’s the battery it’s only at 50% and if I would’ve tried to start it tomorrow, it would not work and I’d be out of the car again so I really wanna praise this young gentleman because he was so sweet and he was very very knowledgeable about cars and that’s what I like to say Five stars for Logan TY PEACE AND LOVE ? APRIL”
“This store consistently has the best employees! Some auto parts stores and mechanics can make women uncomfortable by either not giving us enough information or talking down to us. Not this store! I’ve been going here for years for new wiper blades & replacement bulbs for both cars. I’m the handy person in the house & enjoy fixing whatever I can myself. That has included the odd automotive fix for the last five yrs thanks to the staff at this location. Thanks for always being friendly, helpful, AND respectful.”
“I really liked how the staff went over in great detail where bedliner would be applied, and what my options were. They did a thorough walk around with me before, and more importantly, after the application was completed. They were very patient and waited until I was completely satisfied with my post-application inspection. I’m extremely happy with my truck bed’s appearance!”

They removed rub rail, covered boat,sanded,, removed plastic cleaned up dust, recovered and painted it. They also buffed out white fiberglass underneath paint. Three coats of clear over paint . He then asked if I needed help installing them and since I’m not a mechanic, I said yes. Teddy then went back out and installed the wiper. I have never had service like that at an auto parts store. “Was needing a tire after having a blowout. They were able to order me in 3 tires to match the one I had installed by another shop a month prior. I decided not to risk having 1 after another go bad. Also with the age of the vehicle, the tpms sensors were not recognized by the scan tool, I wanted no lights on the dash and had them put all new sensors in each wheel as well. I wanted to get an alignment done, since the steering wheel is off center. They were upfront and honest and told me about warn upper and lower ball joints that would need to be done before the alignment. And front brake pads being low (I knew about the brakes when I purchased suv in February). No pressure from them to do any other work. Prices to me were extremely reasonable, really can't beat their prices, and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for honesty, integrity, and more than fair pricing. Will be back to do the other repairs and alignment.”
