Once Paula got the message that I needed help. I wasn’t home but my wife was. When I received the machine no one told me about the filter. It was filthy. Paula knew what my problem was and showed my wife how to remove the filter and clean it. My poor response time was due to your system. All I wanted was a date and time of the service call. Thank you for your tech Paula.
