I just had the best pre-birthday getaway in Room 5! The room was sparkling clean and so so charming! Every piece in the room was curated so beautifully. The service was very friendly and the property was lovingly maintained. A 30-second walk to the beach and I was sipping coffee and reading a great book on the beach chair they provided. I can't wait to go back!

We stayed for a long weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Small retro style roadside motel right across from the beach. The walk across Gulf Boulevard was short and easy. Easy access to the beach. We purchased the fun in the sun package, which was very affordable and provided sturdy umbrella, chairs, and towels. The hotel room was clean and decorated in a 60s retro style. Absolutely adorable. I will definitely be going back!

This is such a great place. I've gone 2 years in a row with my friends and we all love it. Beach across the street, everything is close by and even a publix close buy to buy all the groceries to cook in the cottage. Everything you need is provided. The customer service is Devine. Looking forward to pur next stay.

There is no better place to stay in greater St. Pete if you want to stay on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels come in very handy! Clean rooms and cottages. Sandra and her staff are the best.

By far one of my most favorite stays on the west coast! Adorable retro theme, clean and spacious rooms, right across from the beach, and so many fun games and activities to choose from. We stayed in the Lookout suite and it was lovely!! Everything you could want in a beach vacation, you’ll find right here!

This motel is an amazing place to stay for vacation! Here are some of the things I would highlight about this place:-Spacious: Stayed in the captain that had two queen beds, a kitchen and a living room (3 people stayed and had no issues)-Clean: Everything in the motel room and the motel itself was very clean. Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good with hot water (can't under sell the importance of a good shower)-Location: Very quiet part of Sunset beach. Some people may want to be in a lively part of the beach so this is subjective. We loved that we were 20 steps from the beach and it was secluded once we were at the beach.-Entertainment: Lots to do within 5-15 mins drive. Great food and entertainment around the area. Also, wanted to include that the place has a ping pong table, life size connect 4 and multiple other games that we had a blast with.-Service: The people that worked at the front desk were very nice! Attentive to all of our needs and also helped us with suggestions to places in the area.I also wanted to list a couple of improvements for this motel. It doesn't make the place any less desirable but just things we thought about when we were staying:-The place was very humid. Even though we weren't in the peak season the place was really humid. It would be good to have a dehumidifier in the motel to eliminate the humidity.-The bathroom had no fan to take care of the steam. A shower combined with the humidity of the whole place made it very damp haha.Overall, this place was a great find and reasonable in price for a 3 night stay. If you are thinking about getting away choose this place as the destination. I would recommend this motel to anyone!

I stayed at the Sunset Inn this weekend with a few of my girlfriends and it was lovely! We got the penthouse suite while I LOVED! The view from the front room was unbelievable, the decor was so bright and unique, and lastly the kitchen was perfect for us! We were able to cook breakfast and dinner in the room which was a huge plus! I would highly recommend staying here while you’re in Treasure Island

We just got home from staying here for 4 days and 3 nights. Everything was perfect. The room was very cool with the retro vibe. Loved that it was right across from the beach. We could not of asked for a better getaway! We will definitely be back. ❤️Rooms: The room was very clean and had a great retro vibe!

We stayed at the Sunset Inn for one night just as a quick weelend getaway. The rooms are super cute with a retro style theme. Nice size rooms, comfortable bed, has a refrigerator, microwave, TV and keurig coffee maker. It's also at a great location that's right across the street from the beach and Sunset Pavillion. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time!

Stayed here for a wedding anniversary last week and couldn't have been happier with our choice! The mid-century modern decor made the place feel cozy. They have all the amenities you need. I will say, the shower is very small. It was manageable for the few days we were there, but it could be a struggle for taller, larger people. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, clean, and close to all kinds of food, drinks, and beaches! Highly recommend.
