I can't say enough about how awesome an experience we had with Stacy. We ran into so many unexpected issues with home it was crazy...Stacy was so knowledgeable and on top of everything !! We sold our home in less than a week! We could NOT have done it without her! I will recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. Thank you Stacy for all your help! You were fantastic!!

I’ve known Stacy for years and watched her dedication to sellers and buyers. 10 years ago she helped us buy our current home and this year she helped us sell our rental property. Stacy wants you to understand the buying and selling process. She educates you along the way so you feel confident in all decisions you make. Buying and selling your home can be so stressful but Stacy really takes the stress out of it! I highly recommend her.

Searching for your forever home can be extremely difficult when you are out of state. My husband and I had done much research and knew whatwe wanted. When we lost our first bid on a home, we were devastated . Then we found Stacy.Stacy listened and understood that we were serious buyers . Every newlisting in IRb that met our criteria, was communicated immediately. We saw Stacy’s posting, put our offer in the same day. ONLY 2 days later, our offer was accepted.Stacy worked extremely hard (on all ends) to ensure a timely closing. It happened. Tying all loose ends with the seller, seller’s realtor, banks, title companies, etc. This whole happy experience occurred with meeting Stacy only once! Kudos Stacy
