Good for a family. Across the street from the beach and next to a grocery store, which is important if traveling with a family. Plenty of restaurants nearby. One of the sliding doors to the patio had lock issues, so check those until they get them repaired.

We had a fantastic stay at one of sandcastle’s beachfront properties in treasure island. The house was amazing in every way. We can’t wait to come back and stay with them again

Our family had our family vacation at Casa Del Sol a week ago. I'd stayed there before with my kids but not the full family. This years vacation was especially important due to a terminal condition of my brother. I couldn't wait for them to experience the pure beauty of the house and the view. The look on there faces as we pulled up was amazing but the happy tears after they entered and saw that view, there are no words.. The memories will last forever. We will be back for sure. My Grand Kid's now call this there Florida Vacation Mansion. Thank you for the memories!!!!

We had a great experience with the Sandcastle team and enjoyed staying at their Sunset Vistas location. We love the convenience of the pool and beach being steps from the condo. With two little kids it made it very convenient to go back and forth and accommodate nap time while also enjoying the water!

This wonderful, family-owned business, guided me through the process of finding and purchasing my Florida vacation condo. They have also managed it expertly, marketing the unit to vacationers and snow birds, plus making sure that my guests remain happy.
Their real estate experience is broad and deep, covering all aspects of marketing, management and maintenance. U can always count on them to go above and beyond!

I contracted with Sandcastle to manage my Gulf front rental property based on a recommendation from a neighbor even though I was concerned about all the negative reviews. I wish I had heeded the reviews. Problems began with frequently incorrect Owner's Financial Statements (unapproved discounts applied, cleaning fees charged to us from other units, etc.) and them not getting back to me in a timely manner with questions/concerns. I also took issue with the fact that they did not direct their cleaning crew to wash the bedspreads between guest visits and that the office would not enforce the policy of an occupancy limit that they listed in their own website. They were more concerned with making money than with managing my property closely and effectively. The most shocking issue was that I inadvertently found out Matt Workman, Broker had taken my listing off Airbnb and their website without informing me! When I confronted Jessica, the rental manager, she claimed she did not know about it. Then, when I asked Matt to step in the office he admitted to doing this without informing me. He then proceeded to tell me he was terminating our contract. He did not honor the 30 day cancellation stipulation and denied me the opportunity to have my property listed and earn income on vacancies still available during the 30 day termination period. When asked for rationale for the termination, Matt stated in an email that he "would not get into any discussions regarding our cancellation of management." Please spare yourself the stress of dealing with unprofessionalism and incompetence and choose another company.

Working with Sandcastle Realty was a good experience and I would recommend them. They were very quick to answer my questions, and our check-in and check out was very easy. Access to the room and the pool and the beach was provided and easy to use.

Sandcastle Realty has been a great way to book my beach vacation! They provided me with everything I needed to have a great trip in my BEAUTIFUL beach unit! Cheryl was extremely helpful in giving me all the details I would need for a smooth check-in, as well as connecting me to Jess, who helped me rebook for next year. The unit itself was spotless when I arrived and was stocked with beach chairs/towels for us to use during our stay.

This being our second year staying at the same Sandcastle condo we were pleased to have the same level of communication from them - from confirmation of rental to departure instructions. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay carefree. A side note: everyone we encountered during our stay (cleaning crews, mail delivery person, a vendor and other guests/owners) were always polite and friendly. Thanks for another great year on the beach and hope to be back again next year.

This rental company is absolutely horrible! We booked a vacation in treasure island Fl & we were so excited upon our arrival. The house itself was amazing & this review is not against the owners of the home itself bc it was beautiful & in the perfect location, but the company taking care of this home/renting it out is not doing a good job at all! We did arrive at the home 2 hrs early & my husband took care of booking so I honestly had no clue the check in times/ rules as this was the 1st time using Ab&b. As we were walking around checking things out 2 workers from sandcastle arrived & informed me we were early, I profusely apologized & said we would be happy to leave bc we had to go grocery shopping & get the kids lunch anyway. The 1 girl was beyond rude would barely answer me & honestly made me/my family feel extremely uncomfortable! I asked her if she was the owner & she said yes which was also a lie bc she’s not the owner she works for the rental company. The 2nd girl my husband spoke to was nicer & she informed him it would be no problem we were a little ahead they just needed to check the fire alarms. Again before they left I double checked & asked if they were sure it was ok we stayed & the nicer girl said no problem. If it was a problem you should have spoke up when we asked rather then write a review about us on our Ab&b account!!
1st morning we went to make coffee & the pot did not work at all. Im not a complainer especially while on vacay so I didnt reach out immediately as I was enjoying my trip & I simply took a ride to go get coffee. (This was used against us after the fact as “the company expects to be notified of any issues within 24 hours of arriving”). Sorry I didnt feel the need to start an aggravating conversation on my 1st day of my trip!
We were finally excited to go in the beautiful pool when my husband noticed algee at the bottom. Keep in mind he messaged this company before our arrival to confirm the pool was cleaned/ at good levels for our kids, in which we received NO response. My husband knowing how to take care of a pool (owned a pool for 25+ years) decided he would swim down to the algee, clean it off & turn the filter on to pull out the algee. If the pool was properly treated before our arrival this would have been an easy quick cleaning solution, but instead the entire pool was green by the next day making it unsafe to swim in. We contacted this company right away & they decided instead of handling the rental house they are in charge of, they would put the blame on us that we shouldn’t have cleaned the algee THEY did not remove off the pool & that we messed with their system. There was no remorse/ apologies to us for this inconvenience, just pointing blame. We spent a lot for this house & purposely chose it bc of the pool & this was extremely unprofessional on this companies behalf to point blame at a paying customer. They told us they would send a pool guy over the next AM who NEVER came! Wrote more to them asking when we can expect them & no responses! Just a message late at night to make sure we knew the check out time for the following day! They didn’t care about us, our experience or the way they handled a renter for a family that is trusting you to take care of their property. Out of a 5 day rental we got 2 days of pool time bc they never resolved out issues. I’ve been a customer service director for 16+ years & would never in my wildest dreams consider handling a disappointed guest the way this company did!
Side note- Even though I hate nitpicking & had no intentions of making a big deal about this until we were disrespected, there was mold under the sink in the master, the spare room w. Queen mattress folded in the middle when laying on it, the outside table looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the trash cans were not emptied before our arrival! This company does not care about their customers & does not care to take responsibility for things they di

Sandcastle helped me buy a condo then 3 years later sell it and buy a house. What stood out to me the most if their integrity. I have no worry about them trying to do what's best for THEM instead of what is best for ME. They are laidback, honest people. I wish more businesses were run like this.
