Now I wrote emails to PUBLIX corporation. And I also wrote Dennis investigator for HR. So they still wanna continue and ignore me. So I will continue with my post.
I worked for Publix for 7 years. I never had an issue with Publix manager. I was maxed out on my pay. As a roll model associate. When I started having problems with Publix at 1394 1700 34th street north. We got new management. The store manager was Andrew Meinke and the assistant store manager was Becca . I hurt my foot at work . I was denied Workmans Comp by the manager. Feeling to submit my injury to workmen’s Comp.. Then shortly after I return to work. PUBLIX accuse me of a domestic battery. And fired me. I have no domestic battery on my record. I was never charged with a domestic battery. So I was fired off of false allegations. But illegally fired because of my foot injury. PUBLIX has an assistant meat manager, but the name of David Alexa off. He got a domestic battery when he was working for PUBLIX and he was never fired. But yet they made him assistant manager. Then they have Theresa the deli manager at 1394. Going around showing mine and my wife’s police reports. To the store without knowing the facts. My wife was arrested on a DUI. And she never got fired she resigned because she said it’s a toxic workplace. In because she was going through treatment for her drinking problem, it would cause her to relapse again so that’s why she resign. Now I told Becca the problem I was having was my wife drinking and I told Becca that my wife needed to get help so instead Becca went to my wife. Told her that I said. she was a crazy drunk. The bottom line is my wife needed help and I had to get her help. If PUBLIX wasn’t going to help us, they had no business Getting in our personal life. Tyler, my sister-in-law had to make a statement because Theresa Was trying to culture on what to say to HR. All Tyler knew is that Theresa was going around flashing our police reports. And that’s all my sister-in-law had to say to HR. And then they started cutting her hours back and bullying her until she resigned. Like I tried to tell PUBLIX in the beginning when I talk to Becca to holding was a big misunderstanding and I told her this was going to get cleared up and dipped. And now my stuff was dropped there is nothing on my record for domestic battery. So PUBLIX falsely terminated me for domestic battery that didn’t happen. Because they know they would be breaking the law by fire me because I was protected under FLMA These companies like Publix think that they can do whatever they want to get rid of people if they get injured. I have tried to talk to PUBLIX. I’ve tried to go higher than Dennis or Mike from HR. PUBLIX doesn’t wanna listen to me. So this is how I will handle it now. If PUBLIX don’t like it, they can either hold these managers accountable and terminate them. And let’s not forget Kelly Miller, who I also tried to talk to and she never once came in and talk to me. So PUBLIX can either hold the management accountable or re-hire me back because they should’ve never fired me. And Andrew Knew I was going to be going out on a surgery for my foot. But Weather it was Workmen’s Comp. or FLMA. The fact of the matter it was documented and they valued the law. Because now how it stands like I said the charges that I was never charged with were dropped and removed off my record. I told Becca and everybody else that it would be dropped and in my termination. They admitted my domestic battery would get dropped. So as it stands, they wrongfully terminate me. If they would’ve talked to their legal advisor. They would’ve told PUBLIX just to let me go with no reason. State of Florida is a right to work state which means they can terminate you without no reason. Unless you’re protected under Disability law, which I was on FLMA. Makes it illegal for you to terminate me for my disability. If PUBLIX wants to sue me, I will get you in court one way or the other.

I paid for and confirmed twice that my desserts would be delivered to my wedding venue on 6.22.24.
On the day of my wedding, my desserts were not delivered. We had to get with management twice to find my order, the bakery apparently input the wrong delivery date for weekend prior but Noone at my venue ever received anything. Very poor communication at this Publix and no apologies or refunds. My desserts were eventually delivered an hour and a half before my reception was over.

Love this Publix. Always have fresh produce and ready made pastas are a fav of my family's.

There fried chicken is amazing 3 times I have been there and is run out... My kids love it that's there snack cold with bread every day and I eat it every other day.
