Friendly quiet hotel steps from the Gulf. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and most of all the location is amazing.

What a great place, nice mom and pop hotel, where every guest and employee are nice.
Nice rooms, some with kitchenettes, and comfy beds. Prices are phenomenal for being on the beach.
Nearby activities: There are a couple of big inflatable slides for the kids and grownups.
Food & drinks: Sloppy Joes is directly next door, Ricky T's, VIP Mexican restaurant, gigis Italian restaurant, and plenty of other places as well.

Great little family-owned hotel that sits directly on the beach of Treasure Island. Cost friendly with an antique feel but like home as well.

Absolutely love this hotel. Older hotel very well maintained. Family owned very friendly staff very friendly people .amenities were very good. Maids kept room very clean. Pool was very nice and the location was excellent. Would highly recommend this stay

Started going to this hotel (since i was 9 months old). When it was " The Gorgian Terrace" we went every Oct.
Took my family to "The Page Terrace," and it was pretty much the greatest place I remembered as a little girl. The water was soooo far away tho, back in the day it wasn't far at all to the water, now it's a bit of a walk!! But nice all the same.
It's bitter sweet, nowadays It's not affordable for a 2 wk stay. Shldve bought it myself!?
I know whomever is lucky enough to stay here, will definitely NOT be disappointed. It always has been, and always, will be the best place to stay!
We will have to get back one day soon ? ?

Been coming here for 8-years now; clean rooms, clean pool, hard working staff, owners often working the front desk, Publix across the street, in walking distance of great restaurants, highly recommend!!

Great family run beachfront Hotel. We had a beachfront King room which included a furnished kitchenette.
Walkability: A number of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Also a Publix Grocery across the street.

In 2015 my wife and I stayed at the Bilmar Beach Resort right next door-
It was nice- but honestly nothing memorable that I was impressed with.
In 2020 my wife and I remembered liking this location so we booked at the Page Terrace. We loved it here. The room was clean. The view of the beach is great. We liked that it was smaller. The pool was clean. And the staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much that we booked again for a week this May. It may not have all the bells and whistles as the other nearby “resorts”, however it has everything you could possibly need. Sloppy Joe’s is next door, Walgreens is across the street, Publix is a stone throw away- as are a bunch of the other places we have routinely come to enjoy (Original Pizza, VIP Mexican, R Bar, Super Scoops, Gigi’s Italian… etc). Once we park our car at the Page Terrace there is no reason to move it again until we leave.

Stayed here last week for the first time and was not disappointed. Clean rooms, very friendly staff and great location. No need to drive once you arrive. Restaurants, shopping and Publix within very short walks. Beautiful pool and beach. Hope to return.

I love the Page Terrace. I go every year. The hotel is old school, but clean and comfortable and has a billion dollar view of the Gulf! Friendly staff that never changes. I see the same faces year after year, which usually points to an ownership and management that treats their staff well. Also, for what you get, this place is a bargain!
Rooms: Not exactly luxurious, but clean, comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing trip.
Nearby activities: Restaurants, shops, groceries and live entertainment is everywhere
Walkability: Anything you need from groceries to medication to restaurants and shopping are within walking distance .
