Sharon helped me immensely to understand my dog’s communication to me and how I can communicate more clearly for my dog. She explains it clearly and thoroughly. My dog is reactive to men and Sharon’s teaching has already helped us in a short time. I know it will only get better as we continue.

My spouse and I are both behaviorist - with humans. We know the value of training. In this case Sharon taught us to be Alfa dogs. Our biggest fear was being trained to make our dogs feel safe but not having them loose their adorable personalities. Literally within 3 hours, we learned techniques that worked with immediate results! Everything is about consistency so our three teenagers learned them as well. We worked with our two younger dogs and our eleven year Yorke who is deaf and almost blind just watched in awe. Since that time we’ve used the same techniques to Alfa “dog” our kid’s room. We put the dogs in the fenced yard and marched into the teenager’s room and took control over the space. Sharon, you provided quality to our time with our pets and we appreciate your training.

Sharon with Bark Busters is an amazing trainer. We have 2 mini schnauzer’s that were controlling the house & barking at anything that moved past the front of our house! Plus our little female pulled us like a sled dog whenever we took her for a walk!!! In one session Sharon gave us the tools to help prevent their barking or stop them if we didn’t catch them before they started! Now both our babies will walk behind or next to us most of the time without pulling!!! If they do start to pull we know how to correct them with ease! We love our pups and appreciate that the techniques Sharon teaches are done in a kind & loving way. Bonus, our dogs adored her from the moment they met her! We will continue to work with Sharon if any issues come up and are grateful to her for helping us bring peace back to our house & walks!!! Thank you Sharon! My shih tzu/Maltese has been to several classes and several trainers. She is very smart and manipulative. Sharon has completely transformed my dog like I have never seen and did not think was possible. The greatest part of her service is the call backs for tune ups. Worth every penny!!

Sharon did a fantastic job with both our dogs. She was a wonderful listener in assessing our concerns and our goals with each dog, and provided very clear communication and helpful steps to improve behavior and achieve our goals. We've already experienced great improvement in the behavior of our puppy, and our older dog has benefit from the changes we've implemented through Sharon's teaching and advice. Bark Busters Pinellas County is a definite recommend.

We were so fortunate to meet with Sharon! We have the most amazing schnauzer George but he was having issues with anxiety that led to overzealous guarding behaviors. Sharon saw the problem right away and worked with us for several hours to teach us how to ease George's anxiety driven behaviors. Her lessons were easy to follow and she gave us opportunities to practice each new lesson. We saw immediate results! We will certainly reach out for any additional help as she is available whenever we need it.

Sharon with Bark Busters was great! We recently moved to Florida from out of state and I was worried we were going to have to take a break from training, or pay a whole training fee again. Bark Busters training follows you and your dog even if you move. It was easy to get in touch with Sharon and she made an appointment with us very quickly to pick right up where we left off with my pups training.

Sharon gave me a very thorough 3 hour initial training session with my 4.5 year old dog. I loved how she took the time to explain every exercise in great detail with me. She made sure I understood WHY we do the training exercises and HOW they help negate poor behavior. There was a few times that my dog got locked into barking mode and Sharon was able to on-the-fly change our training session to calm my dog back down. Sharon seems to be intuitive when it comes to dog behavior training. After our first session she had my dog calm, happy, and listening to all my commands. I am excited to implement the training schedule she planned out over the next few weeks. And what’s great is if I still need more help all I need to do is text or call to book another session! I am confident that over time, Sharon can help my dog and I succeed.

What a lifesaver Sharon and Barkbusters have been helping us with our wheaten terrier. We contacted Sharon to assist us with some issues we were having with our newest addition. When she came to our home she was professional and made us feel confident in working with our pup. After a few months we contacted Sharon again to help with our pup’s interaction with other dogs, she met us at the park where she demonstrated techniques with our dog and had us practice. Sharon had real solutions for most of our issues in only 1 visit... my little pomeranian suffers from separation anxiety and has issues walking on leash without leaping and barking at everything that moves. In one visit Sharon was able to identify the key things we needed to adjust and for the first time I was able to go to work this morning without my dog barking when I left and when I checked on the webcam my dog was finally not sitting by the door waiting for me to get home. I can finally communicate with my dog in a way that my dog Luna understands and accepts... It is magical... I highly recommend her and bark busters and I'm so glad I did this ?

Had our first lesson yesterday on 3/2/2024 and saw a remarkable improvement from in leash training. Have some great tools to work on other issues as well. Sharon was amazing!
