“5 stars for a bank that doesn't even give away lollipops?! HOW?! This is a review for the Chase branch in Treasure Island, not Chase as a business (my opinions on Chase are quite high though..) itself. Carla is the reason this branch is 5 stars. Carla is my personal banker, she is also one of the most delightful creatures to ever walk the planet. Upon our first meeting Carla dug in to really understand me as a person, not just as another customer. She gave us her personal number to reach out if we had questions. She will occasionally even call me, simply to check-in. I never expected to get such personal attention from a massive bank like Chase. All this to say, don't settle for mediocre personal banking because good people are out there and they will make it 10000000% times better.”

“Per a reference, I reached out to Laurie DeCresie for a new auto loan and I couldn't be happier as Laurie was absolutely amazing! She was prompt to respond to my last minute loan request and went out of her way to work with the dealership to make sure that I would be able to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled day. Her professionalism, communication and customer service is second to none. To top it all off, I received a much better interest rate than the dealer. What that has to do with banking is beyond me. But I'm a hetero white man so I've been told a few times that my opinion isn't helpful or useful. So I guess I used to view it as acceptance but now I view it as hostility toward me. take it or leave it ?”

“I went to this branch location today for a few things and Naira was so helpful!! I didn’t realize they close inside at 5pm, I thought they were open until 7pm and I showed up around 4:30. Naira was so nice and helpful I had no idea I kept her past closing until we were finished and she walked me out, that’s when I realized the place was empty. I have been banking here for years and never had a bad experience. I opened an account today for my son so we will definitely continue banking here!”

“Opened a checking and savings account today and I was quite impressed with the service. Lynn, one of the head tellers, came over and talked to me for a bit, like a regular person and not some 'financial object'. She introduced me to Mark Manuel who guided me through the procedures, all the while carrying on a genuine conversation about our respective backgrounds. I like Regions as they offer the 50-over no-fees for checking. I had my account set up within 20 minutes. One star off because they don't offer a 'referral incentive' for members referring new clients. Otherwise, a solid place to bank. We joked about how bad Wachovia is and they say they refer to this bank as "Walkovaya' I liked that.”
