“I received excellent service yesterday from Paula at Store 4639. I was so impressed that I returned to the store today to ask how I could compliment her!
I came yesterday to drop off the watch I am sending to my son for his birthday. I had already paid for the UPS label and had it affixed to my box. But I realized as I was handing the box to Paula that I had not taken a picture of the watch, not did I have a receipt of my purchase of the watch in case my box got lost. Paula very carefully undid the tape on my shipping box to open it, then took extra care using an exacto knife to undo the tape holding together the wrapping paper on the gift inside. Once I'd taken pictures of the watch, she just as carefully rewrapped the watch for me. I was so thankful!! That truly was EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you so very much!”

“I work for a very fast paced Property Management Company, with deadlines everyday and often without notice. Printing Depot comes to my rescue as well as those of my co workers more times than I can count daily. Never have they let us down and have often driven to our office from theirs sometimes as many as 3 times a day. There have been days that they have literally saved my sanity. Recently, I had a project that needed to get out the same day, 300 units, 10 pages. Gail, she is wonderful as are the people she works with. She was short staffed that day and said that she would not be able to meet my demands that day, but she would take the packets home and fold them by hand over the weekend and I would have them on Monday. “Chrysanna Hanes did a terrific job with the sign on the exterior of my commercial building. I did an exterior makeover of my building four years ago and Chrys came up with a wonderful concept for my exterior sign. My sign is black utilizing cut out letters with back lighting consisting of LED lights. The sign stands out perfectly in the day time hours and really "pops" at night. Chrys is fun to work with, talented and pays attention to design details. I consider her expertise to be a great value.”
