I work with this apartment complex as a contractor and they always surprise me with how well they are organized and how fast they react to issues. The manager Sarah and her assistant Kyle are very easy to work with and super helpful.

I was visiting a friend here. He has a two bedroom one bath. Very spacious, outside and inside kept up very well. The buildings could be better marked at the corners. They need some kind of sign that says building 12 this way building 19 that way. I've drove around here numerous times to find the place that I was looking for. Other than that I find it very nice and I would definitely rent there or recommend somebody there

My AC went out today while I was away. Sarah instantly put in a work order and Mike was here to fix it in record time. He isolated the problem changed the parts and got me back to relaxing in the cool air in no time…Chewie and I thank you so much!

Lives here for almost 8 years with my daughter great place , the maintenance and staff are awesome. Although I don't get to do the things they offer my daughter enjoys everything, would recommend to friends and families.

Our maintenance man Michael is top notch! Any time I’ve had a maintenance emergency he is always quick to respond and get the problem solved. He has a great attitude and you can tell he loves his job! Thank you Michael, we appreciate you!!!

I lived here with my mom and dad and pet a they were amazing we moved and i regret ever moving because now we live at a other apartment a there the worse aprtment if i could change that i go back to Windover
