Wendy Butcher Allstate Insurance Agency has been most helpful in helping us obtain our automobile insurance. When our previous insurance company boosted our premiums $1000 a year I was appalled. Their reason: "Everyone's insurance went up this year." That is when I went to Allstate. They gave me the same insurance that I had for $1003 less than my original company.

I have had my insurance with wendy for 301/2 yearsAnd have had nothing but good help when I need it. I purchasedFlood insurance about 10 years or so, I felt it would be a good idea afterSeeing what happened to Melbourne in a few near misses with hurricanes.I think you would be happy with service if you went with wendy for your insurance needs. Wendy Butcher was my agent for four years, and I was with Allstate over 30 years. Wendy mistreated me, was condescending and took advantage of me by charging extra fees and raising my insurance. She mislead me when I asked her questions and talked down to me like I didnt understand the laws. As a senior citizen woman of color, I felt discriminated against. I talked to another agent that confirmed that Wendy was giving me misinformation. I left Allstate and the new agent was upfront, charged me less than half of what Wendy and was able to treat me well. I feel like Wendy takes advantage of Senior Citizens by grossly over charging and adding on unnecessary fees.
