Terrible customer service….you’d figure someone who works inside AC all day and gets all the holidays off would have a better attitude. Been a customer since 2006 and now I’m really starting to regret it .

Absolutely the worst bank out there! Worst experience of my life dealing with a bank for a simple matter… was told they could not accommodate my request… went down the road to another bank that was more than willing to assist me… when I told them about my experience… they said exactly what I was thinking “that’s not right, every interaction is a chance to earn your business in the future. You are probably happy with your current bank and you will remember the actions of other banks good or bad in the event you need to change”

Wish I could give this bank 0 stars I’ve had numerous issues and everything can be resolved in 5-10 business days, this bank will be losing me to Chase or Bank of America due to the unintelligible conversations and inconveniences, DONT WORRY IF THEYRE HIRING YOU DONT NEED TO BE EDUCATED, INTELLIGENT OR INFORMED!!!! A JOB FOR THOSE WITHOUT A DIPLOMA REQUIRED TRULY!!!

I have NEVER had an issue with this branch location. They’re always so attentive and friendly. The gentlemen in the middle is very knowledgeable, sorry I forgot your name I think it’s Oscar? He is fast and efficient. Reba is a sweetheart and so is JodyLyn? Sorry if I misspelled some names. You guys are the best!

I've been with this bank for 20+ years. Today my gf went to deposit cash through the drive thru. She had my ID my ATM card all the other information you can possibly know about a person. It was $450.00 and they told her I had to deposit it personally, that she couldn't. I just had back surgery and there was no way I could get there without being in pain. I called and a smart butt guy, Andy answered. He said it's been their policy for a few years now. He told me she could deposit a check or go get a money order but no cash. I asked him to explain that and he tells me it's to cut down on laundering money. He said the rest I wouldn't understand. He also said she could deposit it through the ATM but not in the drive thru. I told him it made absolutely no sense when I could get a word in edgewise. I also heard a female teller speaking very loudly in the background but couldn't make out what she said. I asked him what she was saying and he wouldn't tell me. The teller then stopped. Hmmmm. Andy doesn't know how to respectfully speak to customers no matter his position in the bank, he shouldn't be allowed to answer the phone. I wanted a simple explanation and what I got was a snarky guy playing boss over my account and speaking down to me. He tells me she could circle around the building and try to withdraw money using the excuse they just let her deposit to my account. Really? A withdrawal is much different than a deposit. So now I have to worry about bills and automatic payments that come from my account. My gf heard the teller say "what made me question this" and then realized her mic was on. Andy man told me that they couldn't tell it wasn't me so when they asked. She was honest and said she was making the deposit for me. I guess she should've lied and I wouldn't be sitting here worried. This isn't the first crappy service from this branch and I'm sure others have had the same or worse experiences here. I could even understand a little if I had unusual activity or mass amounts of things like this happen but I don't. Thanks Titusville Wells Fargo! Not that life isn't stressful enough without this!!! Don't worry as soon as I get all my business done with your bank, I'll use my other bank from now on. These employees need serious customer service training!!!

I LOVE Wells Fargo it’s by far the best bank I’ve ever used. Literally ever. I have no complaints the services are amazing and I love how convenient the app is for me & my daily needs. I would suggest this to anyone actually just got my fiancé to start using Wells Fargo and he loves it too! ❤️

I called prior coming to the bank bcs i needed a couple of money orders. I'm informed that my fees are waived. Guess what? After 20 mins wait on the drive thru, i get informed that is $5 each. Nice scamming Wells Fargo, i hope you enjoy my lunch money and whoever answered the phone, pls retrain dude. Waste of time and money, both for Wells of course.
