Slowest bank in the world. Never more then 1 person working here. They need to read these comments and make adjustments. Especially on fridays.

They never answer the phone. Your lucky if more than one person is working ever. I did a wire transfer and the person helping wasn't able to help figure out the routing number for the bank I was sending money to. A trained, professional banker couldn't figure that out. I had to call the receiving bank and ask them while I sat there with the banker. So awkward. I hate this bank so much.

I've been with Wells Fargo for 12 years. Any issue I had was taken care of ASAP. I have no complaints. They are considerate, concerned and very helpful. ??

I have never experienced such bad customer service. In the local branch and over the phone.. don't worry I closed my accounts I will never use Wells Fargo again.

Went I today to open an account and the girl handling the process was “at lunch” but at her desk? So, rather than interrupt her I gave them my number to call back today...well they are close and no phone call; she judged me by my appearance and that is a very uncomfortable feeling. Yes, I have long hair but I am also a very successful Operation Manager and worked for a Corporate America company for years running one of the top DC’s in the nation but. She obviously formed her own opinion.With that I set up an appointment at another branch...hopefully someone will want a new customer.

I understand that I didn’t have another ID to open an account but the lady was so rude like I was wasting her time , I hope they treat customers better and be more kind no matter nationalities.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that the lobby is closed on a Friday afternoon. 20 minutes at the drive thru and haven’t moved. Covid is no excuse, tellers are behind a 1” piece of glass in the lobby. If this is the new norm I’m going to switch banks.

This Wells Fargo has the best location and most scenic view of any I have been to. It is right on the river and has killer views. You can see the space center very clearly from here. In addition the Staff has always been great whenever I have needed assistance inside.
