Edit - have changed to 4 stars because Jeff was amazing at loading my groceries. There is still the problem with dated items. 3 were EXPIRED. Picked up my groceries. Two complaints. They broke the top of my Welch's grape jelly and gave me bakery croissants that were expiring THE NEXT DAY. I was picking up at 7pm so, I had a whole 5 hours to eat 4 croissants. I used to pick up groceries from Walmart all the time in Atlanta and never had an issue.

This is the worst Walmart to take your car to. Today was the SECOND terrible bad experience. I make my appointment for 5:30 p.m. I arrive at 4:30 p.m. and the person with an attitude tells me that I can't check in until 15 minutes before. I park my vehicle at 5 p.m. and wait until 5:30 p.m. The man who helped me, quite racist with me, tells me with an abrupt attitude that he has bad news for me because they don't have the blend and that they only have premium. I told him ok, no problems. He tells me for the second time that he has a second bad news for me, that they don't have my filter. I tell him I have the filter at my house because the first time I had the same problem. I go to the house to get the filter and deliver it and they tell me that it is not the filter and it is precisely the filter that the general manager gave me the first time. From 4:30 pm I left at 6:30 pm only to be told that they could not provide the service. I DEFINITELY WASTED MY DAY OFF WHILE I COULD HAVE SPENT THAT TIME WITH MY SON OR BEEN ABLE TO REST. I am a single mother who works tirelessly to survive with my son to be going through this mistreatment, hassles, racism, poor ethics, no integrity or even empathy. I will never take my car to that mediocre place again.

It's not as big as a Supercenter Walmart it seems they don't stock their shelves very much so what you find on the app isn't always accurate just ask to make sure they have that specific item but the employees are very nice and friendly it's a smaller town so they are very neighborly and polite

Lately, every time that I go to Walmart I send the receipt to my phone. That being said, from all the days today they asked me for my receipt when I was about to leave. The reason was, that I bought a bag of dirt that doesn't fit in the bag, duh!!!!! Anyway, I used the self-checkout and they have cameras for a reason. They can look at them and see that I didn't steal anything. But if the greeter asks to see my receipt, he should do it with everybody else. Not just me!!! Anyway, if they want they can use stickers for stuff that doesn't fit in a bag.

Poor service. The isles are a mess with restocking. Many items are out of stock.

This store is the academy store it is not like Titusville or Cocoa where you look items up online and most times are told the store has them and you waste your time and gas to go there and are told that item that you have been searching for for days months years or a decade isn't there and hasn't been sold there for years . The Viera store always seems to have a decent amount of stock the best I have ever encountered and I worked for the company for over a few decades myself .

Very courteous and helpful employees at 7 AM this morning! Walmart should go back to being open 24 hours. It's just crowded now.

I loved shopping here but unfortunately I will no longer shop here because they have announced they will roll back their DEI initiatives. I cannot support a company that does not support its customers.

The item I ordered for pickup is a gift for our granddaughter's first birthday. The item works, but the packaging is ripped a little in spots. Also, a piece of tape is holding another cardboard partntonthe toy. I hope the toy stays in working order until the party and beyond.

So I called to ask if something was in stock the operator was very very rude she asked if she could help so she started to ask what I was looking for I started telling her and before I finished she cut me off and said we don't carry that she still wouldn't let me finish I asked for team lead she said they don't have phones I continued to say well can you call them over the walkie she said she was being yelled at over the walkie and had another call to take I said will you just page some one over the walkie I wanted furniture so she called on the walkie for someone to answer a hba call and just put me on hold and left me there this happened at 12:pm on 2/17 .she was very rude

Your Edys ice cream supplier Never supplies some or any Carmel Delight or French Silk and sometimes no Edys at all. Most other Wal-Mart's have Great Value Cinnamon Waffles but Titusville does not, (ever) any more!
That's no linger a problem with Edy's. We like the Walmart brand now for the quality and the price
